After going through the exit door, I went directly to my car, which was in the same place that I left the night before.
The street was calm, practically deserted and I could hear my sneakers hitting on the streetwalk, something that did not happen constantly. At the same time, I took my car key, I was thinking about what I would do until night when I would go back to the asylum. Maybe I could see my parents or talk to Sam. I unlocked the car door, when I opened an inch of it, a large strong body met me, slamming the door. I looked scared, in the direction the person was in and my legs trembled when I saw who it is.
"Are you leaving already, Sivaangi? What did Ashwin do this time," Arjun asked, smiling greedily.
"What are you doing here," I asked ready for anything he could do to me. I was attentive to everything.
"I decided to stop by, but when I saw you, there was a desire in me to invite you to stroll around the city," he said.
"I can't," I said quickly when I saw him want to touch me.
"Don't be stubborn. It's just a walk. I will leave you here at the correct time to meet my cousin," he said.
"How do you know I'm going to meet him," I asked.
"I'll tell you everything you want to know, Sivaangi," he said looking at my face analyzing it," Even the family's darkest secrets."
Analyzing the situation I found myself in, I ended up agreeing. Mr. Laskhminathan and Ashwin are not going to tell me what I need to know. And if Arjun had that answer, humbly wanting to tell me, I will go with him even though I know that in the end, everything might turn to be ugly.
