After a while, Ashwin still hadn't come back after he went away to attend the call. An overwhelming urge to cry arose, and with that, the sore throat too. My mouth went dry and I tried to take a deep breath to keep from passing out as my vision had suddenly darkened, but I was still conscious. My heart started to beat faster and I started to shake. I looked to the side and Ashwin was walking back. I ducked my head as I felt the blood start to trickle down on my nose again and closed my eyes, knowing I couldn't hide it from him.
"Sivaangi ma, shall we? I still have to take you to the bea-....," he stopped talking as soon as he looked at my face.
"Ashwineyy," I sniffled in pain, "Please help me, I don't what's going on, it hurts so much," I said seeing how his eyes widen in panic, his face paled losing all its colors.
"Sivaangi ma, wait a minute, everything will be okay," he said as he ran to the cashier, and handed him something. It must be the money for the lunch, and then he ran back to where I was, picking me up in the bridal style, making me realize how weak and sensitive I was right now.
"What happened to you, ma," he asked me as he walking back to the car with me in his arms, sweat running down his face.
"Ashwineyy...!"
It was the only thing I said until we got to the hospital and Ashwin yelled for help. In a second, I was no longer with Ashwin but surrounded by doctors and nurses. The pain increased in intensity. I just wanted to cry and scream. Never in my life do I remember going through such physical pain.
