Izuku was standing on a roof after grabbing All Might as he jumped,All Might had just turned to his civilian form and revealed his injury.
Deku's eye fixated on the injury as all he could think was about the blood in there. Suddenly,his will broke and he ran fallward,sticking his fangs into the injury and got a drop of blood before All Might became his hero form and threw him off,All Might's hero form also was bleeding. If All Might didn't know about Izuku's quirk then he would've assumed he was a villain but the kid just didn't have control over his quirk.
All Might: Listen kid,with a quirk like yours,you could be a great hero but many will not see it that way *jumps away and sludge villain encounter goes on like it would anyway*
All Might: Thank you,Izuku Midoriya. I was inspired by your bravery so to thank you,I give you a routine to make your body the best it can be *hands him the sheets of paper and All Might's away*
