DC Headcanon's 3: Now with 10 Percent More Angst

The next two holidays (technically three) that DC needs to experience are: Father's Day, his birthday/Fourth of July 

Father's Day is going to be pretty cut and dry; DC comes to realize the states Georgia looks after (adopted) give him presents and he doesn't want to make a big fuss so he subtly adds his own gift with the others as well. It makes Georgia very happy.

Fourth of July and the twins birthday is going to be a bit more complicated. I got the suggestion that maybe for DC's birthday, his boyfriends do the classic 'I'm going to pretend to forget your birthday 'cuss we're planning an epic party' but I feel like that'd break him

SO INSTEAD

For DC's birthday, I'm thinking the main five have an epic day planned all accumulating with some fireworks to celebrate the fourth. It is planned down to the letter with times and everything. They even invited IDC (it's her birthday too y'know) and Gov with 'em because they knew DC would want them there.
