Hyunjin's POV

"How many times are you going to keep doing this?" Congressman shouted to me

I am damn enjoying this situation right now. If ever I died here, students will know it was my Father. I can't wait for the next part where he will hit me and beat me up to death.

"It was a gun. It was a joke. He didn't died, even you. If only I know you would come. I should've brought a real gun and shot you" I said and laughed sarcastically

"How dare you?!" Congressman shouted and was about to hit me-

"Xea?" the principal called

I quickly pulled Xea to hug and turned around. I felt how hard he hit me using the chair. He is really evil. I can't even imagine Xea getting hit by my Father. She will probably die after a few more hit.

Fuck. That fucking hurts.

I looked Xea whom I am currently hugging. I know and I am aware that I tightened my hug when Father hit me using the chair.

Her eyes were darted to me and she was shocked "H-Hyunjin" she whispered

"Oh, dear. I am sorry. I apologize. I didn't saw you" Congressman told Xea as he noticed her "Are you okay?"

He asked the girl that wasn't hit me instead of me whom he hit so hard. I should've shot him. Damn it.

Xea wasn't answering and still looking at me "Hyunjin"

"I'm sorry I just love hugs so much" I smiled and let go of the hug

She is still staring at me.

"Can you please leave for now, young lady? I will talk to you after" Congressman told her

I nodded "You heard him. You need to leave now and come back when I am dead"

Xea shook her head a few times and stood in front of me, facing my Father "I'm not going to leave, Sir"

"Xea, you have to leave" the principal told her

"No, I'm going to stay here. I am also responsible for what happened. I am the ssg president and I have to be here. You also need my side and I will talk. If you want to scold Hyunjin, you can. I won't leave and won't tell anyone about what happened" Xea said

"You're crazy. You don't know how evil that old man is. He can kill you and pay to cover the crime"

"Hwang Hyunjin!" Congressman shouted

"Why? It's true. I was just warning her"

"I am sorry if you think I am being disrespectful but I am not going to leave this office. It was my fault why Hyunjin did that. I told him to do such, I asked him" Xea said

"Xea, what are you saying?" principal whispered to her but we can hear her

"I also triggered him for saying foul words and that's the reason why he kept competing with me. It was my fault, I did that. I apologize for what I did. I will accept whatever punishment you will give me" Xea

She is unbelievable. She doesn't know how evil that old man is. Is she willing to die right here? Does she think he will give her a chance to live? He will kept messing up with her life. He will ruin her life. Just like what he did to me. To my life. He completely ruined everything. He is the reason why am I going insane.

"Bae Xea"

Xea bowed to him "I will take care of Hyunjin. I promise I won't let him do any trouble again. I will guard him and will force him to stop doing such things. I will do everything, Sir. J-Just d-don't hit him"

Did I heard it, right? She is taking full responsibility of what I did and promised to force me to stop making trouble just for me not to get hit. As if that would stop him.

"Are you crazy? He would never listen to you even if you kneeled in front of him or get killed"

"I also promise to do better" Xea added as she ignored what I said like I am not here

"You are crazy"

"Okay, keep your promise. I will keep mine. If ever I heard my son did some trouble again, it'll be the end of him" Congressman said

"Crazy jerk"

"I need to go" he told the principal and looked at Xea "Keep your words"

Both him and the principal left the office, leaving me and this stupid girl in front of me whom thinks she is some kind of hero.

"You're crazy. Do you think your words will stop him?"

"Do you think I was expecting that? Of course, he won't do just like what he told me now. Just stay of his sight and you will live longer. I don't even know why I even stood to get hit instead of you. You are so hopeless" Xea rolled her eyes

"Did I ever told you to stood there? I still got hit! You are useless"

"Whatever" Xea

"I was waiting for you earlier at rhe rooftop, I almost killed that nerd if Congressman didn't just arrived"

She looked at me and turned around "I don't know what to do with you. Go back to your classroom for now" she said and opened the door to leave but-

"W-Why?"

She looked at me "What do you mean?"

"Nothing"

Why would she want to get hit just to save me?

How come the girl that hates me to death is the first one to save me from my Father?
