Hi Readers, I just wanted to address what happened last Chapter. I know it was out of the blue and so out of Character for Pete but...I wanted to find a way to get him out of the story. I have no clue how to write him properly because it's hard. So, I wanted to write him off. However, I will continue with all the other characters such as Severide, Stella and Brett. Please remember that this is my story and pure fanfiction. Please don't be mad at me.
Also, before we continue...I want to thank all of you for reading my (long) story and I hope you continue to read for as long as I write this story. I can officially confirm right now that this will not be the last book of this story as I plan to continue for as long as I possibly can. I am loving this story and do not plan on ending anytime soon. However, I do plan on (once again) incorporating the other couples I've written in.
It's why I've decided that this story will no longer just be a Dawsey fanfiction. Rather, it will now be a One Chicago fanfic as it will allow me to write other couples into my story. Thanks for understanding. And enjoy!
