"Help me!"

"Naeun!"

"If I can't have her, then you can't have her too."

A sharp knife stabbed Naeun's chest and she fell on the ground.

Kai woke up and he panted out of fear.
"You okay?"

He turned to his right and saw Naeun.
"You okay? You were tossing and turning."

"Yeah." Kai mumbled.
Naeun looked at him, worriedly.

"Okay....then I'm going back to bed."

Kai suddenly dragged her into his arms.
"Kai?"

Kai snuggled her closer. "Sleep with me tonight."
Naeun sighed and nodded. "Just for tonight."

"So, what's the analysis about the case?" Daehyun asked.

"I'm working on it. Doesn't give me any evidence." Kai replied.

Daehyun sighed and sat down. "No clues at all."

"It seems it had stopped for a while. No nurses missing." Kai said.

"Do you want to stop searching? Case closed?" Daehyun asked.

"No. The suspect is still out there. I'm not going to give up." Kai replied.

Daehyun smirked. "I like your confidence, Kai."

"Oppa, here's the---" Naeun came in and saw Kai with Daehyun, talking.

"Oh, am I interrupting?" she asked.

"No, what's up?" Kai asked her.

"Um...Daehyun. You asked for these files a while ago." she replied as she give the files to Daehyun.

"Oh, thanks." Daehyun said and looked at the files.

"I'm gonna go. Seems you two are busy." Naeun said and left. She didn't make eye contact with Kai.

"Is something going on between the both of you?" Daehyun asked.

"It's nothing." Kai replied.

Daehyun just let it go and passed down the files.

"Why are the files are about Jennie?" Kai asked.

"You said she was a suspect too. So, I became curious and looked into her file. And guess what I found." Daehyun replied.

"What did you find?" 

Daehyun pulled out a flyer that represents....

"The YG Company? What's that got to do with her?"

"We found out the suspect is the nephew, the next heir. Song Juk-Yeon." Daehyun replied.

Naeun was in the cafeteria, taking a drink of water. She was minding her business as well, until Jennie came up to her.

"I never thought Kai would go to you. You don't look like a girl that he would date." she said.

"Why does it matter to you?" Naeun asked.

Jennie smirked. "It does matter to me. You want to know something? He was good in bed."

Naeun's heart beat increased.

"He was cuddling me like a baby. He even treated me like a queen, you know."

It made Naeun's heart boil even more.

"I bet he's dating you just because he's forced to. He never loved you."

Naeun turned to her and slapped her. Jennie went too far.

Jennie slapped her back and it all went into a fight. 

(Imagine how the fight went. I'm not good explaining the details on fights lol)

Jennie punched Naeun in the face, making her lips have a cut. Naeun then punched her in the eye, causing a black eye.

Daehyun and Kai came in to see the commotion was about. Kai was shocked and went for Naeun while Daehyun went for Jennie.

"That's enough!" Daehyun exclaimed.

"Not yet, not until I give her another punch." Naeun shouted as she struggle in Kai's arms.

"I'll give you another one too. Maybe I'll stab you next time." Jennie shouted.

"That's enough!"

"Kai, take Naeun. I'll deal with Jennie." Daehyun said.

Kai nodded and took Naeun to his office.

"What's the meaning of this?" Daehyun asked Jennie.

"Nothing, sir." Jennie mumbled.

Daehyun arched his brow and examined Jennie's body language.

"Look me in the eye and say you started the fight." he said.

"I did not!"

"You dare raise your voice at your superior?!" Daehyun exclaimed.

Jennie shut her mouth and glared at him.

"Give me your badge. You're on probation."

Kai mended Naeun's injury. He dabbed a ointment on her lips, she winced at it.

"Sorry."

Naeun slightly pushed Kai's hand and sighed. "Thanks."

"What happened earlier?" Kai asked.

"It's nothing." Naeun replied.

"Nothing? That fight back there is nothing." Kai said.

"It doesn't concern you, Kai." Naeun said.

Kai sighed. "You're my fiance. Of course it concerns me. Seeing hurt like this, it breaks my heart."

"What about Jennie? Does she concern you?" Naeun asked.

"You already know, Naeun. She doesn't concern me at all." Kai replied.

"You slept with her, didn't you?"

Kai hesitated. "That's in the past. She used me."

"I know she's the suspect of the case. But you really have to sleep with her?"

"Naeun, I didn't know she was the suspect at that time." Kai said.

Naeun didn't say anything. She was too upset.

"It's in the past, Naeun. I only love you." Kai said.

Naeun wiped her tears and got up.

"I'll see you at home."

Kai grabbed her wrist, making her stop.

"I'll take you home, it's dangerous for you to go by yourself."

"I'll be fine." she said and left his office.

Kai was disappointed at himself. He couldn't protect Naeun from the fight.

But he was impressed that she gave Jennie an black eye.

Naeun walked out of the police academy and drove home. Then she noticed a car tailgating her. She did a turn and she speed up.

She made it home, but as she was about to walk out of her car, her mouth was covered and as soon her mouth was covered. She knocked out.
