" Yes baby ,it's me " mum said, today is not just my day
" What are you doing here?" I asked in an angry voice
" I came to get you baby , mummy is back " she replied waking towards me
" You will never change mom,your still as greedy as ever , I know very well why you came back ,but it too late mum , I don't need you in my life again" I said slowly tears where all ready rolling down my cheeks, I used my back hand to clean them off ,I was about turning to leave for my room when I felt someone pull me back ,I look back to see it was my greedy mom
" You will leave with mommy now " she said in-between her teeth ,does she thinks I'm still that small child who will listen to everything she says ? , I removed my wrist out of her hold
" Mum , leave my house" I said getting angry
" Are you chasing your mother out ?" She asked
" You hear her , please leave" Alex said before I could talk
" And who are you ?" She asked looking at Alex like she was going to kill him , Alex held an angry look also
" I am her husband, now leave" Alex replied
" Wow, I see you took after your greedy mother, you choose an handsome and rich husband , just like your mother" mom said , checking Alex out
" Get your eyes off my husband mom,I see you are still shameless" I said smiling ,she walked towards me and I felt pain on my face, she slapped me, I held my face crying
" Don't talk to your mother like that, I gave birth to you " mom shouted
" That it mom , you gave birth to me but you didn't raise me , after daddy left us , you left me and went with your rich boyfriend, you could not even wait for a year after dad's death " I shouted, she was about slapping me again when Alex held her hand
" I don't appreciate you coming into my house and slapping my wife , leave now before I call the police" Alex said , mom looked at Alex then back at me , then she left
" It okay babe" Alex said , he was about hugging me when I ran up the stairs, I could hear him run after me ,I entered my room and closed the door
" Hazel opened up " Alex said knocking at the door , I sat on the ground crying
Was mum right ? ,I'm I a gold digger like my mom , but I love Alex , mum never loved my dad
