Dear Remus Lupin,
You may not know this, but you have two young daughters. Naomi and Natalie Willow, we are both students at Hogwarts and you taught us Defence Against the Dark Arts last year when you where a professor here. I'm not sure if you remember either of us, but we remember you.
Recently we found out that you are in fact our father, we had no clue about it or how you even are our father. But you are. We found out around a month ago and still don't have the words to ask what the hell is happening or how this even happened.
Please, Remus, write us back and at least meet us in Hogsmeade one day so we can talk this out, just us three. We need some answers!
From, your daughters,
Naomi and Natalie Willow. You and Naomi sent that letter to your dad two days after you had gotten drunk with your two friends. You haven't received a reply, but your both hoping you will hear from Remus soon.
It was Christmas Eve.
The time for celebrations with your friends and family, celebrating life mainly, but many other things as well.
A Christmas Eve feast was being held right now, but you were late to the meal trying to find something in your bag when you found something unexpected.
You looked so beautiful today, love.
I miss you, I am so sorry for how I treated you. Talk soon?
I'm so in love with you, if only you knew.
My biggest regret is not telling you how pretty your eyes were more often.
Many notes had been stacked up inside your bag, all with nice messages about you from someone. It could be anyone, these notes did not have a name on them.
The handwriting looked so familiar, but before you could recognise it fully, your thoughts were disturbed by Lee barging into your room with Cedric following after him.
"Need any help, boys?" You questioned and placed the notes back in your bag.
"Nope, but your missing the feast so hurry up, woman!" Lee said and hurried you out of your room.
"Don't call me woman or I will cut your ears off." You threatened.
Cedric was about to say something but from your words he shut his mouth cautiously, Lee just had a straight face that quickly turned into a smile again.
"You wouldn't dare." Lee said in a sing song voice whilst you three all wondered down to the great hall.
The hall was decorated with Christmas trees everywhere in sight, fake snow scattered around and smiles on everybody's faces.
Everyone was kept at Hogwarts for Christmas because of the Yule Ball that was taking place the next day. Nobody could contain their excitement.
"Over here!" Naomi called you three over.
"Look, there's Naomi." You pointed over to your sister who was sat with Brooklyn, Fred, George, Hermione, Harry, Ron and Ginny.
Brooklyn and George had made up the day after. Apparently George didn't say that but she heard it wrong. Your not sure what he did actually say, but it turns out it was pretty good because the boys had to stay in your dorm again and you had to cast a silence charm on the boys' dorm.
"Hey, what are we talking about then?" Lee sat down and stretched and arm around Naomi.
"Just the Yule Ball while someone stuffs their face with food." Ginny gestured to Ron, who had a chicken leg in his hand and an entire roll in his mouth.
"I'll be right back, Anthony wants me." Cedric said and walked over to the Hufflepuff table, taking a seat next to his good friend Anthony Rickett.
"I can't wait for tomorrow, I'm so excited!" Hermione exclaimed and drank some of her water.
"Neither can I, I just wished I was going with someone else." Fred put his arm round your waist. "No offence, Angie."
"None taken." Angelina said and turned back around to talk to her other friends again.
It was no secret that Fred wanted to go to the Ball with you, but you both had dates so you decided to stick with those dates for the night.
"I found these notes in my bag, does anyone recognise the handwriting?" You asked and went to grab the notes but Fred stopped you.
"Don't worry, it's probably just some stupid person playing tricks on you. What do they say?" Fred questioned.
"Just really sweet notes, saying I'm beautiful or my eyes are really pretty. Stuff like that!" You brushed at the memory and took a bite out of a small cake.
"Well then these notes are definitely not lying." Fred said and took the cake out of your hand to take a bite.
"Would you look at that, they are so in love." Lee and George both teased.
"No we aren't." Fred and you argued back.
The rest of the Christmas Meal was spent talking with everyone, laughing amongst each other and talking about the Yule Ball.
"I'm tired." You admitted to your best friend.
"Same." Brooklyn laid her head on your shoulder so you took the opportunity to lay your head on hers.
"Let's go back to the dorms then, Cedric told us earlier that he is staying in his own dorm for once now." Naomi said and helped the girls up.
Everyone walked back to their dorms, the girls all split up from the boys and entered their dorm. Naomi was staying the night in yours and Brooklyn's dorm in a spare bed.
"Goodnight, girls." Brooklyn said and turned the light off after getting into her bed.
"Night, Brooklyn." You and your older sister said in unison then turned to face each other's beds.
"Do you think dad would reply?" You whispered to her.
"I really hope so, we need some answers to why he hasn't reached out to us." Naomi reached over to grab your hand, connected your hands.
"Agreed."
