Part 4

I howled as I started falling. I clawed up. I was at the edge of a cliff. It was so high. I could see the water. But it was far down. I howled again as I couldn't claw anymore. I looked up and saw a scared Zane.

I was falling get backwards down to the water. I clawed everywhere but nothing was reachable. I was airborn. Falling closer and closer to the ocean. I felt like a hundred pounds just rammed into me as I hit the water. My snout filled with water. I kicked my hind legs but they were useless. I couldn't swim. I can't swim. I felt my wolf overwhelmed with the impact and I felt myself shifting.

As I sank further down to the bottom I felt my life go back. From when I was a young child. To my first shift. Till just a few days ago. When I was kicked out and saw my family turn away from me. Locking me out of what used to be my whole life. Where I grew up.

I gasped for air but only water came in. I felt arms wrap around my naked waist and I was pulled towards the surface but I only saw blackness as it overtook my eyes. Filling me up with only fear and blackness.

"Excuse me?? Who the hell do you think your talking too! Show more respect, girl!" a slap stung my cheek. I growled my eyes turning red.

"I am Ash. And I so not need to respect you. You will not treat me like shit!" I yelled back getting up. I felt something tug me. I was getting mad. And my wolf was ready to come out.

The alpha looked at me and growled he was furious. Before I knew it he turned wolf. He lunged at me but my brother interfered.

"please Alpha. Shes a dumb teenager. Spare her life." the alpha growled but nodded. He went into his bathroom and changed.

"From this moment on. Ashley Landon is hereby declared a rogue. blue moon is never accepting you again. You are banished leave before I take your life as well."

I felt a tug and then a searing pain in my head. Declaring me banned. In less than a few hours I was leaving. Heading for a new place. My family didn't even bother to say goodbye. They were humiliated, embarrassed and dissapointed at me.

"Come on, dammit!" I could faintly hear someone yelling. Someone was pumping my chest. And it hurt. I growled and started coughing loudly. I coughed up water. I could see my vision coming back.

My head was swimming and I was lightheaded. When my eyes focused back to normal. I saw Zane leaning over me. His lips red. And he was wet. My lips felt raw and tingly.

A grin spread on Zane's face. "I never expected our first kiss to be like this. Me saving you." He laughed and glanced down. He bit his bottom lip but noticing my staring he quickly looked away from my naked body.

I growled and tried covering with my hands. He got up and gave me a jacket. I took it and slid in it. Thankfully it covered my butt. Although if I bent down it would show.

I got up and looked around. We were beside the water he must of jumped in to rescue me. The thought of him worrying about me made my stomach flutter. I smiled but quickly wiped it off.

I glared at him and started walking away.

"Where are you going?" Zane said grabbing my wrist. I felt sparks shoot up my arm.

He leaned closer brushing his fingers to my cheek. The little touch made my heart leap in my chest. Zane dug his face in my neck making me gasp in surprise. He pushed me back againsta tree. He trapped me as his lips trailed kisses down my neck. I sighed in pleasure. Digging my hand through his hair.

I heard him growl and press closer to me. I growled and snapped back to reality. I shoved him hard in the chest. Making him stumble back and me fall down to the ground. I quickly got up and stabbed a finger into his chest.

"Leave me the hell alone and go fuck your little blonde bimbo slut." I turned and left him gaping at me, shaking his head in disbelief. I wasn't gonna fall for him. He's a player, I knew he was. No doubt about it.

Colton where the hell are you. I mind linked him.

Ummm still in the same place. He told me to stay put. Colton said back.

Come find me... Please. A few moments later Colton's grey wolf came strutting to me. He cocked his head to the side. "Don't even ask." I said with a sigh. "Can you take me home?" Colton nodded and bent down.

I got on him and grabbed his fur tightly. He took off running out of the forest. Thankfully my house was just by the forest so we were able to go in using the back door without getting caught by the neighbors.

As I we walked in I got off of Colton. "Wait here I'll be back." I ran up the stairs to my new room. I was living alone and it was horrible. I looked through my clothes and threw on a shirt and shorts. I chucked the jacket to the ground and grabbed some guy shorts that I keep forgetting to throw away. They were my brothers.

As I walked back downstairs I saw Colton, still in wolf form, looking around my house. "Here. " I threw his the shorts and he grabbed it with his mouth. He walked into the kitchen. When he came back he stopped and looked at me closely.

"Thanks.... Why did you run?" He sat down on my couch and I sat across from him.

"He has a girlfriend and he ignored me." I said looking out my window.

"You do know that he's still your mate."

"Doesn't mean anything." I fumbled with my fingers.

"Ash... He cares for you." Colton said getting up and sitting next to me. He wrapped his arm around my neck bringing me in for a hug. I leaned into his hug and sighed.

After a few minutes Colton sighed and got up. "Come on let's go. "

"Go where? "

"Go so we can get you into the pack." he grabbed my hand and helped me out the door.

It was time to meet Zane's father.
