Part 27

"No.. No... Noooooo!!" I woke up screaming. I looked around frightened. The vision of a lovely home and kids vanished and was replaced by a dark cell.

I slumped back down. What the hell was that? I turned my head and sighed. I was still locked up. I missed Zane so much. My heart is screaming for his touch his lips.

I turned around and a tear escaped from my eye. I quickly brushed it away. The cell had bars if silver. No doubt. At least I wasn't tied up. A few hours ago Mason injected me with wolfsbane. Wolfsbane made my wolf go to sleep. But when given large amounts of it will make you wolf sleep till unconsciousness, then death.

I can't believe it. I lost all connections with my mate. My handsome Zane.

I slowly got up and stretched. My whole body groaned in soreness. I slumped my shoulders and cried out.

I faintly heard the cell door open I snapped my head up to see an unfamiliar boy. He was carrying a bowl of cereal.

"This is for you." He said stepping closer to me and offering the plate. I looked at him then to the plate. I gingerly grabbed it and backed away from him. He nodded and left locking the cell door again.

I looked down at the cereal and at that moment my intestines made a move to show that they are there. I immediately began to dig into the cereal. A good 5 seconds later, all the food was gone.

I moaned in pleasure. That was amazing. My smile soon fell as I remembered why I am here. I'm locked in.

2 months later*

My body groaned. They this is some sick game. They haven't fed me in 5 days. My body was aching and I knew I lost a lot of weight. I blinked away tears that threatened to spill. This is all to excruciatingly painful for me.

Just a few weeks ago they brought in a girl. Her name was Makayla. Makayla came from a pack just a few miles away from Masons. Her pack tried to cause war for there territory. So they decided to take something from them.

But after a few days they took her away. She never came back. It scared me on what they did to that poor innocent girl.

I snapped my head up as I heard a lot of commotion ahead. I stepped to the door and tried to hear better. I stepped to close and my ear faintly scraped the silver. My skin sizzled at the touch. I hissed and jumped back.

I could hear people groaning and a lot of shoveling feet. I was scared. I quickly ran to my mattress. I jumped on it and hid in the corner.

My ears caught the sound of the front door crashing open. I scrambled away pressing myself closer to the corner.

My breathe hitched as I saw a familiar face.

"Gabe?" I breathed out as he turned to me. His face lit up with a thousand kilowatt smile.

"Ashley. Oh thank the lord its you." He quickly took the keys off of the hook beside the front door. He ran up and unlocked the door. It creaked open and I ran and flung myself into his arms. I snuggled my face into his neck and cried.

I'm being rescued I no longer have to cry myself to sleep. I could finally eat and sleep peacefully.

"Ash we need to go now." Gabe said flinging me to his back. I was hesitant at first but caved in and jumped on his back. He took off with lightening speed out the door. Blinding lights flashed and I squinted to get a good look on what was happening.

As my eyes focused as one gasped to see a full out war happening. I could see wolf fighting wolf. A thousand rogues laid dead at our feet. Gabe ran through the crowd and into the forest. I clutched tightly as if my life depended on it. Which it did.

We ran for a long time never stopping not once on our way there. Finally we reached a part where my memory seemed to remember.

We passed tree after tree in a blur. The edges of my lips began sloping upwards. I full-out grinned as a familiar house met my eyes. I cried out in joy. I saw a figure run out into the back porch. It sank to its knees and reached out to me.

Tammy. She stood there crying into her hands. "Luna. Oh our precious Luna." She cried out. She scurried towards us and took hold of my arm. I stumbled off of Gabe's back. I hugged Tammy tightly. "Let's get you cleaned up and fed.

She turned and helped me inside the house. She led me up the stairs. Each step made pain shoot throughout my body. She led me into her room and headed to the bathroom. She sat me on the toilet and turned on the water.

Tammy reached out and slid off the nasty dirty shirt away and then my itchy bra. As she undressed my tears spilled down my cheek. I'm free.

Tammy rinsed me and scrubbed at my body. Leaving me spotless. I was so thankful for her being here. Thank the lord she is here with me.

She slowly took me out and ran into her room and came back with fresh clean clothes. She tugged them on my body and then began drying my hair. All while I ssat there staring off into space.

Her face came into my line of sight. She was smiling. "Are you hungry, Luna? "

I nodded and smiled back. She stepped away and lete get up. I stumbled but as she reached for me I held up my hand.

"I got this." I croaked out. I started moving my legs and we left the room. I styled downstairs and entered the kitchen. An omega stood there placing a bowl of soup and bread sticks onto the table. She had a salad and juice already there. She smiled up to me and nodded scurrying off.

I immediately began to dig into the amazing food. Every bite made myouth explode into great mouthwatering tastes.

I moaned as I chugged down the juice.

"You should be careful. Don't want you choking now." I heard a familiar voice say gently. I choked on the juice and coughed it out. As I regained my breathing I turned and the tears came back once again.

"Zane... " I whispered as I ran and jumped into his awaiting arms.
