What. the. actual. Fuck!

I feel tears fall down my face as I read over the list once more feeling completely disgusted at what Leon had been through. Someone forced a 5 year old to go through the pain of becoming 11. I can't imagine how excoriating it must have been for hid bones and body to age that much. The air picks up around me again my surroundings crackling with magic as I hand the paper to my dad while helping Poppy in healing the small child. I quickly use a spell to keep him unconscious while also making sure he wouldn't feel anymore pain. 

Poppy and I work in tandem healing the small child. when their is nothing left to heal I place one hand over his heart and the other on his forehead. I let my magic glow through my skin before sinking into Leon. I open my eyes as I watch his body shrink back to the correct size for his age. He looks even smaller and frail then before. I pick up a nutrients potion and use my magic to make it a little stronger before tipping it slowly into his mouth and massage his throat to make sure he swallows it rather then breathing it in by accident. 

When the last of the potion is gone I step back and feel relieved when I see some colour had come back into his chubby cheeks. He really was adorable and I mentally curse knowing I wouldn't be able to allow anyone to take him. Luckily I became emancipated the moment I took my tittle so I was within my legal right to look after him so that's what I was going to do. 

I sit down on the edge of his bed and take one of his hands in mine before looking around at everyone else. The Parchment had been passed around to the others and each of them were looking a little green. Ronald and Hermione were still petrified a few beds over and the twins were now sat with Blaise and Draco while Susan had gone off to lesson to explain to Professor Sprout why she wouldn't be in class. 

They had all stayed in silence as Poppy was now sat on the floor trying to recover after the amount of magic she had just used as well as the strain on her emotions, she had always been sensitive when it came to her patients and truly hated to see anyone in pain no matter how much she tries to hide it. 

"Adaline, despite helping the child you must still be punished for petrifying two students as well as using magic outside of class. You will be suspended from class for a week with 50 points taken away. While Ron and Hermione will have detention for a week and 20 points taken from Gryffindor each" We all turn to him slowly with looks of disbelief. Minnie looked as if she was about to throttle him while Severus didn't look to far of from killing him and Poppy looked as if she would help hide the body if she had to. 

"How fucking dare you! I helped a student and I get suspended! Ronald almost beat a student to death and you giving a slap on the wrist! What in the ever loving Merlin is wrong with you!!" I jump off the bed as I yell at him taking slow steps towards him while my magic crackled around me once more. In this moment I loved my friend more then anything, not only did they take their wands out just encase but they also moved to stand as a barrier around Leon while he slept. 

"Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore! How dare you punish that girl when her actions were in the right! It is Weasley that should be expelled from Hogwarts for intentionally harming a student" Minnie shouts at him her Scottish accent becoming more prominent only making her that much more scary. 

I smirk when I see Dumbledork pale at the use of his full name. No one likes and angry Minerva. Dad stepped up behind me and placed his hands on my shoulders, ready to push me out of the way if it was needed.

"Fine. Adaline will not receive punishment. Ronald Weasley and Hermione Grange have lost their house 50 points each and Ron will be suspended from class for two weeks were he will have to spend the time at home." He then walked out before the rest of us could do anything leaving Minnie to splutter in anger. 

"Mr. Weasley once you have returned to class you will receive a months worth of detentions with Professor Snape. Addy dear you may leave them as they are for the rest of the day." Minnie places a kiss on my forehead before walking towards the door when she turns around once more. "20 points to Slytherin for your quick thinking and another 20 for helping a student." She gives me a prideful look and goes back to class.  

The twins give their brother a disgusted look before turning to me and giving me a hug. "We will write to mum and dad to let them know what's happening..."

"See you at dinner Little Dove" I smile at the nickname and the boys kiss my cheeks before going back to lessons. I look to the others and laugh when I see Susan and Blaise fast asleep, both of them drooling while Draco draws on their faces. Even Astara was helping by dipping her tail in the ink and drawing cat whiskers on Susan's face. I shake my head at my friends before turning my attention back to Leon. I knew he would be asleep for a little while longer so I simply stayed by his side until dinner, even going as far as reading to him while he slept.
