MAE SNUGGLES INTO HER PILLOW, BURYING HER FACE WHEN bright lights disturb her slumber. loud barking broke her attempt to fall asleep once again, a side of her bed dipping.
"he said that you should wake up," mike yawns, "i'll cook breakfast today"
the ravenette pulled her pillow down to look up groggily at her brother, "..ok" she says out loud the best she can, unable to adjust her volume any higher. shiro pounced at the poor girl, forcing her to yelp in shock and a little bit of pain.
"ow, shiroo.. i'm awake i'm awake" mae sat up, running her fingers through the shiba' fur. shiro barked and stuck his tongue out, quickly jumping off the bed to run downstairs with mike.
her mornings are nothing special, she wants to keep everything she does neutralㅡ not what her parents desire. mae did nothing but a usual routine of showering, doing her face routine, and lazily doing soft make-up since it's just college.
the siblings would often go out for their breakfast, having that they wake up early enough to have enough time to themselves in the morning. which is brutal for the two, getting tiring to have to wake up so early. it was more worth it than receiving complaints from their parents getting informed they got late in one class.
every morning, the two would take turns on who is in charge of the speakersㅡ not loud enough that neighbors bang on their door. they liked jamming to music whilst doing their routines, giving them some energy before heading off to their college. today it's mae's turn.
the ravenette scrolled through her playlist in spotify as they step out of the connected bathroom, a towel wrapped around them. her fingers tap on a playlist titled 'god's playlist', swaying her head from side to side as the first song plays.
tossing the apple device onto the mattress, she purses her lip as her baby blue orbs scan through her closet.
