The next day.....
Mubarak's pov
"Sani told me you had an abortion yesterday. "I looked at Ammi.

"Any problem." She continued chatting without even looking at me.

"A lot. You have aborted enough. We are lawfully wedded. I am capable of raising a child. What more do you need?" I shouted.

"Why are you shouting? I'll give you a child when it's time. "She nonchalantly spoke.

"Ammi I just heard that you aborted  not long ago and yesterday you have done another."

"My baby, calm down. I just want to end this 3yrs contract assigned to me." She lay on my chest.

"I have to wait for 3 years to get a child? "

"You have endured for a year and half so be patient for another year and a half". She looked at me.

"Are you crazy? It's as if you are stupid". I pushed her away angrily. "What is wrong with you my love?" I said calmly realising I just pushed the love of my life.

She began crying.

"No ammi. Please don't cry. I am so sorry". I hugged her.

"You just insulted me". She cried.

"It's okay". Rubbing her back.

"Okay." She wiped off her face.

"Today is Wednesday remember?" She broke the hug.

"Yes. Oh. I'll have to drop you up at Amingo Hotel".

"Yes, darling". She smiled.

"When will you get a break? You always leave me alone on Wednesday nights".

"Baby it's only Wednesday. Please drop me off before I am late". She stood up.

I stood up.

"Hurry". She spoke.

We drove to Amingo and I dropped her off then headed back home.

Salma's pov
On call...

"Do you know I had change?" I smiled at my image in the mirror.

"Really?" Billy asked.

"Billy. I now eat almost 10 times a day".

"Subhanallah". Billy shouted.

"I'm serious". I laughed.

"You are not alone. You are carrying someone in your stomach". She teased.

"Do pregnant women eat this much? "

"More than seff. Like that my wicked stepmom. She can swallow a whole house". We both laughed.

I can hear the door open.

"The boss is waiting for you downstairs". Hannatu said.

"Okay. I replied. "She wanted to leave so I asked her to wait.

"Billy I have to go. We are going out. "

"Where to? "She asked.

"I'll explain everything when I'm back". I hung up.

"How do I look?" I asked Hannatu.
She stared confused.

It's just that I don't feel comfortable whenever I am in atamfa and I'm not used to it. The major problem is that I see myself as ugly. I checked myself once again in the mirror.

"You are very beautiful, very very." She complimented.

"Are you sure? "

"Yes. "She smiled.
