Chapter eight.

SAHIB.

I could feel Madeenah tense up, she was always intimidated by my father so it wasn't a surprise because he always had this scary look on his face.

He scared anyone but not me. I hated this old shit, I hated this man I called father.

"Now Sahib don't forget I'm still the one who brought you life so don't disrespect me." He said and I chuckle putting my hands in my pocket.

"I rather not even have a life because you lost that title since you hurt my mother." I spat at him.

I hated looking at this man because anytime I do I see an exact human sculpture of me right before me. The only difference is that he's older.

I also hate him since the day he beat mother mercilessly when I hid under the table at the age of six.

I was so young yet I still remember and will never forget. "Uhm... I'm gonna leave." She said in her small voice getting up from the counter.

"Oh I almost forgot you were there Madeenah. It's good to see you again, it'll be so sad for you to just leave so soon. I expected you guys to finish your dirty sins from my counter." He said staring at Madeenah dead in this eye.

I push her behind be and she held my back tightly.

"We'll talk tomorrow." He said referring to me.

"I might have intruded too much, I will be leaving now." She said and I block her way.

"It's too late for you to leave by this time." I said.

"But-"

"Can we not argue now?" I said. "You're spending the night here whether you like it or not." I demanded.

"But I don't have any clothes." I pointed out.

"You will wear mine." I demanded and she let out a defeated sigh.

***
The weekend had gone by so fast and it was Monday evening already.

The school was empty already. I should be home by now but I had to take care of this bastard before I leave.

I just got lucky today that he and I were the last people in this school. I wouldn't let what happened at the party slide because I wouldn't let any bastard talk about Madeenah like that.

I gripped the bay in my hands as I watch him come out of the locker room ready to leave.

I was wearing a mask that only showed my eyes and mouth so no one would recognize me.

"Ammar." I called and when he turned around I didn't hesitate before swinging the bat on his head repeatedly.

I should've stopped but it was too late because right now pool of blood came out form his head and I just stoooed and stared at him.
