Chapter forty one.

MADEENAH.
It took me minutes before I realized what I was doing. I was sinning again.

I tried to pull myself away from him but he pushed me closer to him and deepened the kiss even more.

"Sahib..." I whispered as he kissed my neck. "You need to stop."

"Why does it bother you? You don't like my kisses anymore?" He asked.

"It's not that..."

"Then what?" He said as he stared right into my eyes. "You don't love me anymore?"

"You're really asking me that?" I said.

"Madeenah look at me in the eyes and tell me you don't love and that I should leave you alone. If you really feel like I'm a burden to your life tell me right now-"

"So you'll leave me again?" I said. "Disappear from my life like you did last time?"

"You told me to leave." He said.

"When I said leave I didn't mean you should disappear from my life. You left me with a child in my belly Sahib. I had nothing, no home nor anyone." I said.

"I know and I'm sorry for that."

"I committed a sin for you Sahib, because I loved you and what did you do? You used me just to ruin your father's reputation, you got me pregnant on purpose and you expected me to be calm about it like it was nothing. I was hurt Sahib and what did you do? You left me and even made me feel worse that I already did!" I snap as tear threatened to spill from my eyes.

"My father, if I didn't leave you you would be dead already. He would've started with your parents." He said.

"We would've done something. Report him to the police or something." I said.

"You don't know who my father, he would do anything to get what he wants, he would use you to hurt me to get his way." He said. "That's also why I left to protect you even if it means hurting you."

"Sahib..."

"I'm sorry. I would do anything to get you back in my life again and fix my mess." He said and I sighed. "I love you Madeenah."

"I'm sleepy." I said and locked the door before walking over to my bed. "Are you coming?" I said as he stood there watching me.

I turn back around and kept going towards my bed and lay down facing the opposite direction leaving a space for him.

It felt like minutes and I didn't feel anything new. Maybe he left or something.

Before I could turn around I felt the bed dip beside me.

"Thought I left?" He said and chuckled.

"Isn't that what you're good at." I said and the room became quiet and I heard him sigh. "I'm sleepy, I'll talk to you in the morning. That's if you stay."

I'm sure Sahib thought I was sleeping but I kept pretending I was listening to his soothing word.

"I'm really sorry for what I did my love, I wish you could understand why I did it but you can't. I know you're mad and I would do everything I can to fix all my mistakes and get you and my daughter back into my lives."

Anyway I'm deciding on doing longer chapters from now on.

It moves the story faster.
