Chapter eleven.
SAHIB.
As I got into the house I threw the first object I found on the floor, followed by more and more.
Fuck it!
Madeenah wouldn't do this to me. I threw a glass on the floor making it shatter into pieces.
"Destroying things in my home wouldn't take you anywhere and your allowance will pay for it." I heard a voice say and turn to look at my father sitting on the sofa with his left ankle over his right knee sipping some juice.
"It's non of your business!" I spat.
"You are mad because of that girl who makes you behave like a soft teddy bear isn't it?" He said. "But one thing I'm sure you inherited from me apart from my looks is my manipulative skills."
"What are you saying?" I asked not knowing where this conversation is leading to.
"If you want to win her heart back and make sure she doesn't say a word you can do me a favor and I'll help you." He said.
"What can I do?" I ask. I can't live in this life with Madee not looking at me the same way and worse, not talking to me. What is worse is going to jail and never seeing her again.
I know Madee will not report me because I'm her best friend and she loves me but I have to do something for her to talk to me again.
MADEENAH.
That was it! I was panicking for the past two freaking weeks in worry. Sahib has not been in school for two weeks and I was losing it.
Did he really turn himself into the police?
But at least he should've known I didn't really mean what I said because he's my best friend and I love him.
I also thought of going to his house but I fear the high chance of running into his father. But I called him every night at least but his phone was not reachable.
I sighed and gave up but luckily the third week the bastard finally showed up. There was a bruise on his face and he looked mad throwing book in his locker one by one.
He didn't spare me a glance through out half of the day and I know with his pride he won't talk to me. I wanted to talk to him so bad but my stupid legs refused to move and I was scared.
But when I decided to go of course the snake herself Ayush showed up.
Till school was over Sahib didn't speak to me at all and I was frustrated and angry. Ayush was happy with what was going on and smirked at me whenever she was with him.
I thought I was the only one in school so I got scared as a door slam shut. I turn around to find Sahib walking out of the boys locker room.
We stare at each other for a moment before he broke it and started walking off.
"So you're just gonna keep ignoring me!" I yell.
