Chapter twenty four.

MADEENAH.

"Madeenah why are you moving away from me did I do something wrong?" He asked.

The way he acts like he cares for me almost made me to forget what his father said and believe him.

"Think about what you did that is wrong Sahib. I do not need to tell you." I snapped and pushed his hands off me.

"I know I didn't do anything wrong Madeenah. Is it the pregnancy that is messing with you or something?" He said.

"Are you sure of what you're saying?" I asked.  This is the part where I will catch him in his lie.

"Madeenah-"

I open my bag which I'm happy I brought it and opened all the packets of the pills he gave me. If the packets tastes the same as the one his father gave me then Sahib must've lied to me and if it's bitter then I will hate myself for not trusting Sahib.

I pop it in my mouth.

"Madeenah what are you doing?" He says taking the pills away from me.

Exactly. Sahibs father was right.

"Why would you do this to me Sahib? Was I just a joke to you?" I say.

"Madeenah I don't know what you're talking about." He said.

The face he had almost made me believe he was innocent in all this. I almost felt like forgetting everything and jumping into his arms.

I threw all the packets at him in fury. "I know all the birth controls are vitamins Sahib!"

He look on his face was mixed with lots of emotions that I couldn't even understand.

"What did he tell you!" He said referring to his father.

"Does it matter. If not for him I would keep on be fooled by you Sahib! How could you do this to me!" I yell pushing his chest as tears fell freely from my eyes.

He didn't even say anything or try to deny it he just stared at me.

"All the times you told me you loved me was just a lie? Was I just a joke to you? You just wanted me for my body and got me pregnant just so you could escape you father. You know what you're just exactly the same-"

"Stop talking." He warned but I didn't care.

"You're manipulative just like him just to get what you want and don't care about the person you're hurting. Who knows if you're as abusive as him-"

What he did next shocked me and even him too.

He just slapped me.

He realized his mistake and regret was all over his face. "Madeenah I'm so sorry I didn't mean to-"

"No!" I yelled and pushed him off me. "I don't want you near me or my life. I want you to get out of my life and never come back!"
