Chapter thirty.
Remember that this is not a Hausa book, it's an Arabian book.
Sahibs picture up there 👆👆👆
If you don't like his picture them imagine him the way you want.MADEENAH.
I knock on the door feeling so scared. I've never been this nervous my entire life.
I stood in front of my fathers house with lots of thoughts in my mind.
What if he hates me now? If he tells me to leave? Or doesn't want anything to do with me??
Maybe this isn't a good idea. Maybe I should just go back home and not-
Before I could turn around and leave the door opened and I looked at my fathers familiar face.
"Madeenah." He said as if he couldn't believe I was standing in front of him.
"Daddy." I said and hugged him. But he didn't hug me back at all. He was mad at me, of course, I shouldn't expect him to be happy and forget what happened.

We sat in the living room drinking a cup of tea."Daddy I can explain-"
"You left. You just left without even telling your father anything. You know how much I love you and we don't keep secrets." He said calmly and I could sense the hurt in his voice.
"I made a mistake dad. And being the childish person I was I left because I didn't want to face you and mom with the disgrace I caused. I imagined how angry you would be hearing that I was pregnant." I said as tears fell from my eye.
"Madeenah any parent would be angry hearing that their teenage daughter is pregnant with some boys child. I would've been mad, but my anger was worse when I heard you left. I tried looking for you but never found you." He said.
"I'm sorry daddy." I said. "You let me have a guy for the first time and I was irresponsible and immature to let him manipulate me and leaving me behind. You have every right to be angry with me."
"Where is He now?" He asked.
I contemplated whether I should tell him or not. My dad is a soldier and I'm sure he'll hunt Sahib down and destroy him.
"He's in England. He's chasing his dreams." I said and stopped the tear from rolling.
"The next time I see him I'll ruin him for sure. How are you and how have you been doing?" He asked.
"I've been here in this country since. After I left I was on the streets, then this guy named Adnan and his mother helped me. They took me into their home and after I gave birth I got a job which is paying me well to take care of me and Aya." I said.
"Do you still say there?" He asked.
"No. I visit them often and I bought a penthouse for i and Aya." I said and he nodded. "I forgot to ask where step mom is?"
He frowned upon my question. "About that. I divorced her thrice immediately I heard what she did to you."
"Dad I'm sorry for causing you trouble-"
"It's nothing." He said.
"Dad I hope you'll forgive me for the sin I committed and for running away. I was stupid and I hope you'll find it in your heart to forgive me." I said as tears rolled out of my eyes.
He pulled me in for a hug. "It's okay my princess. You're a human being and you make mistakes, just keep repenting to Allah for his forgiveness and you'll be forgiven InshaAllah." He said and I nodded. "I love you princess."
"Love you too." I said. Then I noticed a phone on the chair and picked it up. "What is moms phone doing here?"
He looked at me for a second. "Your mother and I are getting back together."
