Winter attended the next day like a walking zombie, her undereye bags were thick and black. She only had 3 hours of sleep.

Being around Karina drained her energy a lot, they got out of the school at exactly 2am when the guards were roaming.

Karina never stopped pestering her till they had to go their seperate ways, she hasn't regain her full energy yet so here she was walking like she's in the moon

Speaking of Karina, the girl looks just as lively as she always is. She doesn't seem to show any signs of exhaustion, the girl is smiling while talking to her friends.

They accidentally made eye contact. Karina smiled at her sweetly, other may find it friendly but to Winter, she finds it creepy as hell.

She shifted her head to the side to avoid her eyes, walking quietly towards her room a pair of hands suddenly grabbed her from behind and pushed her into a wall, it's not that hard but it was enough to make Winter's heart race.

"So, have you thought of what I said?" Karina whispered while smiling

Everyone's attention is on hers so she had to put up an act like she's a nice person, as much as possible she doesn't want people to know how pathetic her life is.

"I already told you last night, I don't want to! You have several groups you can hang out with, stop pestering me!" Winter murmured with emphasis

Karina chuckled, looking down a bit.

"You're a stubborn one huh? Fine. It's not like I can do anything with your stubborn personality," Karina mocked her, copying exactly what she had said last night

"See you at the rooftop again?" Karina raised her eyebrows, with a hint of hope in her voice

Winter rolled her eyes and walked away. She's not planning to go to the rooftop again knowing it's her place. As much as possible she doesn't want to catch her attention again, Karina ignoring her is much better than the Karina who's engaging a conversation with her.

Winter arrived in a slovenly class. Students are throwing papers at each other like they're not on their senior year already.

She wanted to take a nap, and take back all the hours of bullshitry she spent on Karina to sleep.

She dozed off to sleep without even knowing. She only woke up when she felt a pair of eyes staring at her.

Winter didn't expect someone to be there by her side when she wakes up but there she was, sitting with a great posture with her eyes stuck on Winter.

"Hey babe, glad you're awake." Karina greeted her

It quickly made her blood boil.

'What is she doing here!' She thought

"Jeez, you look like a panda. But uglier." She added

"You're not only a boring person, you're an outcast as well." Karina giggled like a little kid. Obviously annoying the shit out of Winter

"You should've already expected that the first time you saw me," Winter scoffed

The class was now quiet unlike earlier where it felt like the world was in WW3. Probably because Karina's around. Their professor was nowhere to be found as usual.

"Nah, I thought you're popular when I first saw you," Karina replied, clicking her tounge while playing with her pen

"First saw me? When is that exactly? When you poured orange juice on me or when you acted like you're a nice person and tried to help me?" Winter whispered, obviously pissed.

"Neither," Karina bit the inside of her cheeks to stop herself from smiling, Winter's reactions excites her. She loves annoying her.

"So, you really live like this?" Karina inquired, "Don't you have any friends?" She eyed Winter like she's some virus

"I can live with none, thanks." Winter faced her head to the other side so she wouldn't have to talk to Karina again, that's what she thought.

Karina sat on the seat where her head is facing, "Try facing that way again and I'll drag you out of here so we can cut classes." Karina threatened with a smile

Winter groaned.

"Wow, you're even alone here in this last table. How lonely are you, seriously?" Karina laughed, drewing the attention of other students

Winter heard them whispering.

"When did she get close to Karina?"

"Ugh, if I knew they were close I would've made friends with that girl but she's just too weird."

"I know, maybe we can invite her some time then she'll invite Karina,"

Winter rolled eyes which Karina caught.

"What are you rolling your eyes for?" Karina snickered, widening her eyes at the latter

"None of your business, go back to your class." Winter replied, ducking her head on the table

"This is my class now,"

What she said made Winter sit up straight on her seat, "You can't be serious," She forced a laugh

"I'm serious," Karina intensely gaze at her

"Fuck," Winter cursed making Karina chuckle uncontrollably

"So, what do you say? We hang out after class, or we could just hang out now?" Karina leaned her face closer to Winter but she keeps moving backwards

"Why are you so persistent?" Winter scratched her nape

"Why not? I want to make friends with you,"

"After bullying the shit out of me, no thanks. You can leave." Winter gave her a fake smile

"Okay, I'm s-" Karina's words were cut off mid sentence when someone she knew emerged

"Yo! Yo! Yo! My girl Karina," Giselle entered acting all swag while bumping fists with students she's not familiar with

"What the hell are you doing here, Aeri?" Karina is now annoyed

"What do you mean, you bitch! You can't just leave me in that class with those fake ass mofos! I've decided to switch class as well," Giselle threw her bag beside Karina

"Hey, what's your name? I'm Giselle by the way, Karina's bestfriend." Giselle introduced herself, extending her hand at Winter but Karina only slapped it away

Karina and Giselle started squabbling at each other at this point making Winter even more tired, she just hopes class starts soon and end quick so she can go home and take a long rest.
