"Giselle for goodness sake! Wear your damn shoes, are you at home?!" Karina kept scolding the girl who's been comfortably watching cartoons on the sofa of the Kim's living room while chewing all the food she found like she's at home.

Karina threw a sofa pillow on Giselle's head because the girl won't move.

"Hey stop! Geez, Johnny Bravo is a dummy." Giselle laughed to herself

"You!" Karina gritted her teeth as she throw herself on Giselle, loosing her temper that quick.

And, there they go again squabbling at each other not minding the pair of bored eyes peering at them.

They only stopped soon as they got tired. Winter cringed at the sight, Karina was sitting on Giselle's stomach while the girl continued watching the cartoons on the TV, like it's normal to them

"You strangers done?" Winter rolled her eyes at them, she aggressively grabbed her bag beside the long sofa they were in and walked off without looking back

Winter made sure to walk a few steps ahead of them, the least she wants is another rumour regarding of her with these two.

"If I only knew you'd barge into her house like that I wouldn't have told you where she lived in the first place," Karina snickered

"Why are you so pressed? It's not like I did something wrong," Giselle defended herself

"You did nothing wrong? You ate half of their food, you even felt at home there. Ugh, next time I'll tell Winter not to let you in." Karina murmured

"Well, it's not like Winter will listen to you, so I still win." Giselle stuck her tounge out

"You!" Karina pulled her hair, but not too hard, and they started their physical fight again

Winter's slowly losing her patience with the two, they kept whispering to each other yet she can still hear what they are talking about. It's not that she's eavesdropping she honestly couldn't care less about the two but because the neighborhood is quiet, only their voices can be heard throughout the whole street

"Boo!"

Winter jolted from where she was standing when a familiar girl went near her.

"Ningning!" Winter exclaimed with so much excitement, she was so surprised to see the girl. It has been months since they last saw each other.

"When did you get here? Why didn't you text me?!" It was the first time Giselle and Karina saw Winter's bright smile, like a huge rock she's been carrying for a long time has been finally lifted

"Oof, I think Winter likes this girl, look at the way she smiles," Giselle whispered, earning an elbow nudge from Karina

"Mom is all healed, we came back for good. I missed the town, I missed the school too. What happened while I was gone?" Ningning's eyes shined brightly in the morning sun, she linked her arms with Winter

Karina frowned at the sight, slowly getting nearer towards the two.

"That's good to hear! I heard you were doing an online class. I'm glad you're back must've been tough huh, didn't you miss me tho? I'm sorry I wasn't there when you were at your lowest," Winter apologetically smiled.

"It's fine. Thanks for always checking up on me, and of course I missed you." Ningning patted her hands

Karina faked a cough, "Ah haha, Hi I'm Karina. Nice to meet you." She pushed herself in between the two, forcing them to let go of each other's arms. Karina faced Ningning with a fake smile.

Giselle laughed quietly from behind. She wouldn't lie, she finds it unusual and entertaining to see Karina act like that.

"This is going to be fun!" Giselle muttered to herself.

....

"Winter, can I stay over at your place tonight? You know just like we always do, I miss eating auntie's dishes." Ningning pouted

Winter chuckled, "Yes, of course you can." They are currently on their way to their room. Students are looking at them and Ningning is getting uncomfortable already

She's not used to getting this much attention, and she knew exactly just why.

Ningning glanced at Karina and Giselle who are beside Winter.

"Can we sleepover with you girls too? We can call it a girls night." Karina smiled sheepishly

"No," Winter coldly replied

"Wow, I never thought you'll be friends with them though." Ningning whispered to Winter

"Shut it, I'm not friends with them." Winter irritatedly said

"Whether you like it or not, we'll come over later after school." Giselle insisted before running at the back of the room to sit on their table, followed by Karina

"Fuck, what do they want with me?" Winter whispered to herself but Ningning catched up to it

She glanced over Winter then back at the two as she thinks deeply.

"Come on, the class will start soon." They linked arms again towards their chair

But then, the chair was only for three people.

"Uhh," Ningning awkwardly said, looking around to find a vacant seat but she found none

Giselle and Karina stared at them. A smile curved on Karina's lips. An idea popped in her head

"Hey Ningning right?" She called the clueless girl

"Sit here in the middle," Karina ordered

"What about Winter?" Ningning asked worriedly

Winter remained calm. It's not a big deal if they're one chair short. Their room is trash anyways.

"Just sit," Karina growled at her

Ningning frantically obeyed like a little kid and sat between Karina and Giselle.

"Don't talk to her like that," Winter scowled at Karina

"I should just get another chair outside before the professor gets here," Winter was about to walk off but then Karina gripped her wrist, stopping her from going.

"Sit here instead," Karina smirked, their classmates immediately shifted their heads towards them

"Sit on my lap instead, I don't mind," Karina had a huge smug smile plastered on her face like she knew exactly what she's doing.

Winter bit the insides of her cheeks.

'She's doing this on purpose, right?'
