   Ever since I was a child, I had been used to getting my way. When I asked to marry the king, my father moved heaven and earth to make that happen. When I wanted to become his only wife, my cousin, Lischan started a fire that consumed the other wives just to grant me my wish.
that night is still vivid in my memory.

I remember throwing my first daughter who was only five years old at the time into the fire, I felt guilty for what I did but it was needed. I also let myself get burnt so that my husband would think I was also a victim. It worked out well.

  But like an unwanted weed, Hayel, that Predvanian girl became the mother of my husband's child. I never wanted to share him with anyone, much less the maid. I took action immediately and had her killed before she could snatch away my happiness but that child was fortunate enough to stay out of my clutches.  The sun deity finally smiled at me when King Dae, one of Grayson's trusted men, informed me about the child, Kira.
  Grayson knew all along but kept quiet? that was the main reason I had him killed right away... I could not afford to have him open his mouth and spew my secrets, especially since he could tell a room full of men who were powerful enough to unite forces against me.

  After his death, the men who plotted with him came to me to swear fresh allegiance to me, wanting to be on my good side. I accepted their offer but as soon as they went home, I sent assassins to murder every one of them. They were not to be trusted.

   While I was lost in thought, my chief guard entered my chamber on obtaining my permission.
He bowed his head and began to speak. "Your Majesty, Miss Kira is nowhere to be found".

"What?!" I rose abruptly. 
"Are you saying she disappeared?!".

"No, your majesty. I I don't know-"

"You are worthless! Find me Osiris!!"

"He is here, your Majesty". He informed.

Just then, my ally joined us. He took off his mask.

"Where were you?". I asked.

"Tidying things up".

"I told you to bring me Kira, why didn't you bring her?!!".

"Don't yell at me"... "She was not in the castle that night".

"That must be a joke".

"Am I a comedian of some sort, empress?"

"You tell me, why would a girl just disappear like that?"

"Maybe she died. Didn't she lose her child? I will assume she took her own life"

"I am not working on assumptions. Find her"
