We eventually arrived at The Coffee Palace. It wasn't as busy today. Especially seeing it was a Sunday. Guess everyone was still sleeping in. I wish I was able to but after this is finished, everything will be fine.
"Guys, hey you made it. This is my wife Zoe and my daughter Makayla."
Wane gets up and bows to her. "Pleasure to meet you." He was always the romantic type.
Tommy gets down on his knees and says hi to Makayla. She's a little startled.
"Hey Makayla, do you want to go play in the playground? Mum and Dad have some things to talk about with dads friends." Zoe says to Makayla.
"Ok!" She says as she runs off.
"Ok so, Trevor contacted me this morning letting me know that I got the job. He said I start tomorrow. I am planning on taking at least a week there. Trying to fit in and talk to the HODs. They must know something." I tell everyone.
"Yeah they definitely know something. You know that eye on Trevor's tie? Well..." Reece starts.
"The one that gives me the creeps?" Cane said.
"Yes that one. Anyway, they all have an eye somewhere on their person. Felix had his in the form of a poker chip. Mrs. Tempest had hers on her earrings. So they definitely have something to do with whatever's going on." Reece continues.
"Good point. So after a week or so I'll start snooping around to see if I can find anything. If we do we all team up together and take them down. One and for all!" I say.
"We'll whatever you boys are thinking, I'm in!" Zoe says. She puts her hand in. I do as well, after a while everyone has their hands in.
"On 3."
