Chapter 14

Joanna is doing some needlework with her lover Dérowyn sitting beside her. Dérowyn stands up "I have to go now. I will see you later" Joanna lean in and they kiss. "I love you. Say hi to your mom from me" Dérowyn smiles and nods. What Joanna didn't know that was gonna be the last time she was gonna see Dérowyn. an hour later Eowyn comes running in Joanna's room crying. Joanna stands up worried "Eowyn what's wrong?" Eowyn smiles and pulls Joanna into a hug "It's Dérowyn. There was an orc attack close to her home. there were no survivors. She's gone i'm so sorry" Joanna starts sobbing

Suddenly Joanna wakes up. She was dreaming but what she was dreaming about was real. Dérowyn is gone and she's not coming back.

Grace, Samwise and Frodo are now by the mountains, on their way to Mordor. They are sleeping suddenly Grace hear Frodo screaming "Gandalf" Both Grace and Sam wakes up and She puts her hand on Frodo's shoulder "Frodo, what is it?" Frodo sighes "Nothing. Just a dream"

There is now time for them to continue their journey and keep walking. They come up a hill and they see the thunder of Mordor from far away. Sam sighes "Mordor, the one place in Middle-earth we don't want to see any closer and the one place we're trying to get to. It's just where we can't get" Sam turns to them "Let's face it Mr. Frodo and Grace, we're lost. I don't think Gandalf meant for us to come this way" Grace sighes "He didn't mean for a lot of things to happen, Sam" Frodo looks at her and nods "But they did" Suddenly Frodo falls to his knees "Mr. Frodo?" Sam asks and Grace looks at him worried "It's the ring isn't? She asks Frodo takes deep breaths "It's getting heavier" Sam and Grace sit down. Frodo drinks water. Frodo turns to Sam "What food do we have left" Sam sighes "Well let me see" Sam goes through his bag and he sighes lembas bread and look more lembas bread" Sam throw a piece to Grace and Frodo and they start eating. "I don't usually hold with foreign food but this elvish stuff, it's not that bad" Grace smile at her brother "My dear brother. Nothing ever dampens your spirits, does it?" Sam smiles and turns to look back at the sky and frown "Those rain clouds might" They continue walking through the mountains. Grace sighes "This looks strangely familiar" Frobo sighes aswell "Because we've been here before. We're going in circles" Sam smells something "Ugh! what's that horrid stink. I warrant there's a nasty bog nearby, can you smell it?" Sam asks and both Grace and Frodo answers "Yes" Frodo sighes "I can smell it" He turns to look at Sam and Grace "We're not alone"

They're now sleeping and Gollum is above them looking at them "The thieves, the thieves. The filty little thieves" He spits out and he slowly climbs down to them. "Where is it? Where is it? They stole it from us, my precious" Gollum is now right above them "Curse them, we hates them" "It's ours, it's and we wants it" But right when Gollum is gonna put his hand down, they all three wake up and and they take a hold of his hand and pull Gollum down. But Gollum is very strong so he pushes them all away and Frodo falls on his back which makes Gollum see the ring and he runs to Frodo and tries to take the ring but Grace walk behind Gollum and pull him back by his neck but Gollum slaps her face which makes her fall back and release the grip on Gollum. Gollum returns his attention to Frodo and the ring. Sam comes and pulls Gollum back from Frodo and that makes Gollum mad so he starts biting on Sam's neck and then makes Sam fall and takes a hold of Sam's neck. Grace stands up and Frodo runs up to Gollum before he can hurt Sam more. Frodo put his sword against Gollum's neck. "This is sting. You've seen it before, haven't you Gollum?" "Yes" Gollum answers "Release him or i'll cut your throat" Gollum releases Sam and Grace pulls Sam up. With that Gollum starts screaming.

They now keep walking and they have Gollum on a leach which he doesn't like. "It burns!!" Gollum screams and just being so annoying. Sam turns to Grace and Frodo "We should just tie him up and leave him" Gollum shakes his head "Not that would kill us, Kill us!" Frodo sighes "Maybe he deserves to die but now that i see him i do pity him" Grace smiles at Frodo. Hearing that Gollum starts screaming and looks up at them "We'll be nice to them if they be nice to us. Take it off us" Grace, Frodo and Sam are unsure. "We swears to do what you wants, we swears" Gollum bows. Frodo still unsure "There's no promise you can make that that i can trust" Gollum sits up "We swears to serve the master of the precious. We will swear on the precious" "The ring is treacherous it will hold you to your word" Gollum nods "Yes" Gollum crawls up to Frodo "On the precious" Sam gets angry "I don't believe you" Gollum tries to run but Sam pulls him down choking him. Grace goes up to her brother "Sam!, stop" He turns to Grace "He's trying to trick us. If we let him go, he'll throttle us in our sleep" Grace sighes. Frodo walks up to Gollum "You know the way to Mordor?" "Yes" Gollum answers. "You've been there before?" "Yes" Frodo takes the leash off "You will lead us to the black gate" Gollum leads them the way and they follow.

Galadhien, Aragorn, Gimli and Aragorn are running behind the orcs and the uruk-hai that has taken Merryn and Pippin which will take them to Yéreana hopefully. Aragorn is hearing something "Their pace has quickened. They must have caught our sent, Hurry" Aragorn starts running, Legolas and Galadhien just behind him and She turns back "Come on Gimli" Gimli sighes "Three days and nights pursuits, no food, no rest and no sign of our quarry but what bare rock can tell" They keep running until Aragorn stops and picks up something Pippin has left behind for them "Not idly do the leaves of lorien fall" Galadhien sigh with relief "They may yet be alive" Aragorn nods "Less than a day ahead of us, come" Galadhien, Legolas and Aragorn keep running and Gimli behind them. They come up to a hill and see where they are. "Rohan, home of the horse lords" Aragorn tells them. "There's something strange at work here. Some evil gives speed to these creatures, Set it's will against us" Galadhien and Legolas runs up to get a closer look "Legolas and Galadhien. What do your elf-eyes see?" Aragorn asks them. "The uruks turn northeast. They're taking the hobbits to Isengard" Aragron sighes "Saruman. Which means Yéreana is there too"

Yéreana wakes up and she relaises she's not in the woods anymore. She looks around and sees that the room she's in is very familiar but she can't say exactly say why. Suddenly the door opens and Saruman walks in. Yérana gasps and relaises she's in Isengard "Father" Saruman smirks "Hello my Darling, Welcome home"
