Egypt POV

"5, 6, 7, 8." I clapped on facetime with Amethyst.

"Poof be gone." She started dancing making me bust out laughing.

"You're stupid." I heard the door bell ring.

I swung it open and Key stood there making me tilt my head to the side. We're almost done with our deal, and he's surprisingly doing fine.

"You here for Des?" I asked.

"Bitch you forgot him and Yana outta town!" Amethyst yelled through the phone.

My mouth hung open because they're in The Bahamas for their 3 year.

"Shit." I mumbled hanging up the phone.

"Wassup E." He towered over me.

"Hey Keontae." I rolled my eyes letting him in.

Yep a bitch got the government.

I closed the door and he stood there making me buck at him.

"Niggas just wanted to see yo goofy ass." He mushed my head.

"Aww hey friend." I gave him a quick side hug.

"Lil ass hug." He held onto me.

"Lemme goooo." I dragged wrapping my arms around his torso.

"How you said let you go but you hugging me back?" He looked down at me.

"I could kick you out." I tilted my head.

"Get off me." He chuckled letting me go.

"You hungry?" I asked walking into the kitchen.

"What you make?" He eyed me.

"Spaghetti in the fridge." I shrugged.

"Black people cook this shit more than the fucking italians." He mumbled opening the fridge.

"Aht, you can put my food back then." I threw her hand up.

"Fuck up." He mumbled.

"What you do today?" I sat on the counter.

"Went to the trap made some plays." He made his plate.

"Key, why you straight back to that life?" I asked.

"Keontae, and that's all I know." He shrugged.

"What were you locked up for? I never knew." I picked at my nails.

"I had a warrant out for battery, and then I got pulled over. I caught a illegal firearms, marijuana charge, and then my batter on top of all that." He shrugged.

"You know you're worth a lot more than a jail cell Keontae." I looked up at him.

"Ima get out, nigga been doing this shit since 13 it's not as easy as it seems to get out." He stood in front of me with his plate.

"But you're not trying, you're gonna end up right back in jail." I shook my head.

"Then I'm back in jail." He ate some food.

"You understand it's dangerous? You could be in a casket." I pointed.

"Then I'm in a casket E, ain't nobody see me while I was here." He shrugged.

"That's selfish." I pushed him back getting off the counter.

"It's life E." He grabbed my hand.
