"I stopped stealing. The last thing I stole was your heart"

She grabbed her wrist softly before pulling her with a sprint. She could her yelp cutely.

"Follow me!"

They ran as fast their feet could carry until glancing behind them no one was following them anymore. They both took a deep breath after running so much.

"Why are they chasing after us?" She asked, her voice so cute and innocent. Fei smiled by how sweet and pleasant her voice was.

"I don't know but I'll protect you, just stay by my side Marinette" Fei smiled before glancing out of the alley.

Unbeknownst to her, if she might have looked back, she would see the pure redness from the bluenette's cheek as she hit her lip to hide a smile.

"It's okay though"

"It's not okay, I can't forgive myself if you get hurt" Fei replied in a heartbeat, not even glancing back and still spying the street.

Marinette felt her heart beat a bit faster, a smile forming. It felt so different and so new, it felt so right. She looked at the girl who was now gesturing for her to come with.

"Come on, let's make it to your uncle's dinner" She smiled and Marinette couldn't help but smile back brightly.

The trio laughed when Marinette's grandfather told them a joke. The blonde turned to her and smiled but Marinette only nodded her head.

She didn't know why.

But she turned to her left to look at Fei to see if she was grinning. She was and it made her smile.

Unbeknownst to her, she had just turned her head away from her 'crush' to see if a certain girl was laughing. It made her cheeks heat up.

"Are you okay Marinette? Or is there something on my face?" Fei chuckled with her brows raised and Marinette released a yelp of surprise.

"N-no! It's- soup! Tasty" She suddenly buried her face into her bowl, munching and intentionally avoiding her eyes.

"Oh, I was getting worried" She shrugged before continuing to eat.

Marinette once again glanced at her secretly.

"I bought you a jacket since you looked cold" Marinette held up the dark blue jacket shyly. The other girl still silent.

Marinette became panicked.

"It's okay if you don't like it though! I can buy anoth-"

"No! It's fine. It's just--it's the nicest thing anyone has ever done to me....."

Fei smiled brightly before grabbing the jacket, their hands brushing.

She held it up in front of her with a fond smile. Marinette couldn't help but look at her smile.

She looked pretty.

"Thank you Marinette, you're so kind"

'and you're so pretty' Marinette wanted to scream at the top of her lungs but she could only wave and smile akwardly.

"So you're leaving....." Fei said, her voice a bit sad. Marinette dropped her grin, her eyes longing.

"Yes, I only went to Shanghai because of my uncle's first birthday..." -and originally for Adrien.

Fei nodded her head and smiled but it didn't quite reach her eyes, Marinette didn't miss how she was wearing the blue dark jacket she had given her.

"When....will you come back?"

She looked up to her eyes, hope saving through.

Marinette couldn't help but swallow the bitter taste of sadness.

"I don't know"

It went silent.

Before she felt a hand under her chin, as soft lips met hers in a gentle manner, her bluebell eyes widened in shock with her cheeks heating up and heart beating faster.

Then not even a second later, she pulled back with a huge smile on her face but with very rosy cheeks.

"I'll miss you"

"Uh-- J-jeijei fei?" She suddenly squeaks out making Fei blink before suddenly laughing.

Marinette widened her eyes once more and initially slapped her cheeks in embarrassment.

"W-What did I say?!" She questioned in a frightened Tone. Fei finally stopped laughing before smiling mischievously

"That's cute"

"Really?! What did I say?! Was it too embarrassing or offending?!" Marinette looked like she just saw a ghost. Fei chuckled before shaking her head.

"No it wasn't"

"Really?!"

"Though it would be better if you called me Fei Bae" She winked before placing a soft kiss upon her cheek and waving. Marinette felt a piece of paper in her hand and she was surprised to see a phone number.

"Hey Marinette, how was your visit?" Adrien asked curiously because this bluenette hasn't stopped smiling ever since they've arrived.

He worried that her gums must be aching.

But that wasn't the case, because when she finally registered his question, her smile widened dreamily.

"She was perfect" She added a sigh of a dream.

He stopped walking while she continued to walk happily, Adrien blinked and tilted his head.
