Your POV

It had been six months since Lyric was born. I had to go through the whole process of birth and raising him through the hardest phase without Harry. My mum came to live with me for a few months, but knowing her, she'd likely stay for a solid two years.

I still called Harry everyday and talked to him when he replied but that was only about 3 or 4 times a week. Lyric didn't really know who his dad was, not had he really cared for it, considering he's only 6 months. He's just learnt to crawl and doesn't stop talking...well, blabbering I should say.

"Hi baby." I cooed at him when he just woke up from his nap. He immediately gave me a big smile and started blabbering again. I lifted him out of his bed and placed him on my hip taking him to the kitchen were I wanted to prepare his milk. I placed him in his high chair and gave him a little toy as I began to heat up his milk.

"Lyric, daddy will be coming home in a few weeks. I know you've never met him before, but you'll love him just as much as I do. He's very much like you. He likes to blab, he hates sleeping and loves his food too. You look a lot like him too." I smiled, thinking about Harry.

Once I gave him his milk, we went and sat down in the living area where I placed him in his play pen and gave him some toys. He continued to blab on as if he knew what he was saying. Or maybe he did and I just didn't. I made sure not to let him roam out of my sight though because he had figured out how to get out of his pen.

It was less than half an hour when I heard the door opening. I expected it to have been mum because she had just gone to the grocery store about and hour and a half ago.

"Hey mum. Could you please cut the watermelon which is in the fridge when you're done!" I called out, keeping my eyes on my TV show. She didn't respond but I figured she was just busy packing away things.

She returned a few minutes later, her hand reaching out behind me to give me a bowl of cut up watermelon. I grinned in satisfaction at the bright red cubes.

"Thanks mum." I smiled as I placed he plate down but then I froze when I realised that wasn't mums hand. I slowly turned around in fear, my eyes widening when I saw the figure.

"...Harry." I whispered as I looked him in the eye. He gave me a dimpled smile and flicked his hair to imitate his teenage years.

"Don't I get a hug or something?"

I jumped from my seat and ran around the couches, jumping on his waist. He held me tightly and squeezed me in a hug. I hugged more into his shoulder as I felt a few tears slip from my eyes.

I jumped down after a few seconds and gave him a long passionate kiss until I heard giggling. We released from the kiss shortly after where I looked back at Lyric to see him smiling and bouncing on his seat. He always got extremely excited when people came over considering he didn't go out much.

"Harry, there's someone I'd like you to meet." I smiled, taking his hand and leading him to the play pen. I could see he was already crying.

"Hi baby. I'd like you to meet your daddy; brad Pitt." I chuckled. Harry gave me an innocent pout but I just kissed his lips. He reached in and picked up Lyric from his pen. I was expecting him to cry because he's never been fond of new people holding him, he much preferred them to play with him from a fair distance. However, his fingers instead reached up to fiddle with Harry's hair. Harry cuddled him so tightly I couldn't help but take a picture of my boys together.

"He's so beautiful." He cried, kissing Lyrics chubby cheeks. I smiled again as I kissed Harry's cheek.

"Lyric, give daddy a kiss. Give daddy a kiss baby." Lyric looked at me confused for a moment before turning his head to Harry and placing his little lips on Harry's cheek. I snapped another photo and put my phone away.

"Come here angel." Harry sniffed, reaching his arm out to me. I closed the gab between the two and hugged my family. We were finally together like how I'd always imagined. I felt a click go off as Harry had taken a picture of this moment, in perfect timing when lyric was giggling about...nonsense.

After two hours of playing with Lyric and talking to Harry, we finally settled down and relaxed on the couch together. Lyric was watching a cartoon, seated on his dad's lap and I was leaning on Harry's shoulder who had his phone in one hand.

"All done, you can read it." He handed me his phone and kissed my forehead.
I looked at the picture of us he took when we all hugged. It was the most beautiful picture I'd ever seen.

My beautiful family. This had to be one of the best days of my life. I can't believe I just met my beautiful baby boy, this is so unreal. I've missed you so much, the both of you. Boys, I'm sorry I had to leave the tour earlier but looking at my two angels faces, it was all worth it. Lyric can't wait to meet his uncles, get here soon! Xxx

I gave him his phone back still with that ridiculous smile on my face. He continued to just stare at me, making me a little confused. Did I have something in my teeth?

"What is it?"

"Oh sorry, I didn't notice I was staring. You're just so beautiful." He complimented, stroking my cheek. I blushed down and leaned my head back on his shoulder.

"I'm so glad to have you back baby." I smiled, closing my eyes shut.

"I'm glad to be back princess."
