I'm so sorry, I thought I wrote this already

Song you have to listen to understand this chapter.

Don't let me down- The Chainsmokers
-----------------

"Mrs Styles...Is it alright if I leave? I finished all the works-"

"Of Course Abbi, go home and be with your family." I sighed, rubbing my eyes to stop me from falling asleep. She looked at me sympathetically with wide green eyes that only reminded me of Harry.

"Maybe you s-should go home t-too," she stuttered, looking down at the floor. Smiling at her, I thanked her for her hard work and told her I'd see her on Monday.

I resumed back at my work, signing forms and organising plans with other organisation. I needed to sign off with Equis Co. for the investment to upgrade our corporation but that was going to be pretty hard.

After an hour of trying to keep myself awake, I headed to the kitchen to make myself some coffee or get an energy drink. I still had plenty of work that I wanted to complete tonight, even though I had a month to do it.

As I stepped into the kitchen, I was mesmerised with the city lights at night. I knew England was beautiful but this was a whole different story. I had never seen it like this at night from the top of a building.

As I sipped on my coffee, I couldn't help but wish Harry was here to share this moment with me. But obviously that wasn't going to happen since he had gone and found himself a new 'honey' to have babies with.

I mean, the least he could have done was call me again and tell me if he wanted us to break up when he was sober. I clearly had way too high expectations for him because I had always thought he was better than this.

Only when my cheek felt cold did I realise I was crying. No matter how strong I pretended to be, this was hard for me to accept that I had lost him. We had been together since high school and have been inseparable since. Yet it ends here with one stupid fight over a baby that doesn't even exist yet.

How pathetic.

"Beautiful isn't it." I jumped in fright and whipped my head at the voice that scared me. Standing behind me looking out the glass window was none other than Harry himself, arms behind his back and a black beanie that was covering his curls. He locked eyes with me, a small smile incarcerated on his lips.

"The closer you get, the more you fall in love with the view." I could tell his comment was directed at me rather than the view. My emotions were sprawled out and seeing him looking so perfect made it so hard for me to be mad at him.

I shook my head put my coffee on the table before stepping away from him and turning around to leave. I had only taken about 4 steps before he gripped onto my wrist, stopping me from walking away from him.

"What could you possibly want from me. Money? Is that you want. Wasn't your honey rich enough for you?" I snapped, keeping my back to him. He took a sigh before stepping ahead of me to force me to look at you.

"I didn't know I said all that bullshit, I was drunk. Not an excuse though. You know you've been my only one since forever." He cupped my face but I avoided eye contact with him.

"What are you doing here." I mumbled. His thumb stroked my cheek bones before he released and took a hold of my hands instead.

"I came to take you home. I-I wanted to come for you sooner but I thought you'd need some space from me." He muttered, this time being the one to drop eye contact.

No matter how angry I was, I couldn't hold a grudge on him forever. He was my home and that's where I wanted to go so badly.

"Can we go home?"

He looked up at me and wrapped his arms around my waist, pulling me in for a hug. The minute my head hit his chest, I finally felt at peace again.

"Of Course. And I promise we'll wait until you're ready my beautiful wife."

Once again, I'm so sorry this didn't come sooner. I thought I'd already written the last part. Either way, not up to standard as I wrote this in half an hour but I just wanted to get the E doing out to you guys👍🏾☺️👍🏾
