"babe, that's too many cupcakes." jamie grinned as she shoved the chocolate cupcake that izzie made. in jamie's opinion, they were the best cupcakes she ever had. it even topped her mother's red velvet cupcake. but after eight hours, sixteen ounces of chocolate, and thirty-two cupcakes, they still didn't taste right.
"martha stewart would be proud, izzie." george said as he devoured the cupcake.
"yeah. she'll want to hire you." jamie laughed as she dragged the wet cloth across the table. after what seemed ten minutes of trying to scrape off the flour gunk on the tables, jamie eventually gave up and left the table.
"something's missing. some ingredient. but i can't remember." izzie sighed.
"look, just call her. call your mother and ask." george suggested while eating the last cupcake from the last batch.
"nope. i am not going to call my mother.
"come one, izzie. you'll just ask her for a simple ingredient. that's all." jamie said, applying lip-gloss in front of the mirror.
