Author's POV
"Upo ka dito" ani Jungwon habang tinatapik ang espasyong katabi nya. Umupo naman si Sunoo dito sabay inihiga ang ulo sa balikat ng isa.
"I love you" pangbabasag ni Sunoo sa katahimikan. Napangiti naman si Jungwon sa narinig sabay humalik sa kanyang noo.
"I love you more" sabay ngiti at niyakap ang bewang ng binata.
The Sun finally sets and the Moon is now the one they're watching. The Moon shining so brightly, and so does the stars. Sunoo starts to point at everything scattered across the night sky, then stopping at the brightest star. While pointing at it, he suddenly felt that something is off. He doesn't know why, or does he? Does it reminds him of something? Or should I say, someone?Yes. It reminds him of his Seong. But the thing here is that, he doesn't love him anymore, he moved on already. He loves Jungwon so much, more than he does to Jongseong.
The stars resembles his and Jeongseongs love, before. They always love to watch the stars, and the sunrise. They're not a fan of sunset and moon, but now.., Sunoo loves it. He loves it more than the sunrise and the stars. He loves it more than he expected. Is this how Jungwon feels too? Yes. Actually, it's more than that. Jungwon felt like.., he can't describe how he feels whenever he's with Sunoo.
He's thanking all of the gods above for giving Sunoo to him. He's so lucky to have him in his life.
While staring at the night sky, he suddenly felt like he needs to say something.
"Ken?"
"Hmm?"
"Alam mo namang hindi kita Mahal 'diba?" tanong nya at sinamaan lang sya ng tingin ng binata.
"Joke lang. Pero alam mo naman kung gano kita kamahal 'diba?" tanong nya ulit and this time, sumagot na ang isa.
"Oo naman nget"
"Ang unexpected lang noh?" tanong nya ulit na nagpakunot sa mga noo ni Sunoo.
"Nang ano?"
"Nang love story natin?"
"Ha? Pano mo nasabi?"
"Kasi ...'Di ko akalaing Ikaw pala yung papakasalan ko. Mag best friend kaya tayo ano?"
"Ay oo nga nget. HAHHAHAHA. That's so unexpected. 'Di ko din akalaing ikaw pala yung mamahalin ko habang buhay. Yung makakasama ko sa pagtanda"
"Uy ang cringe pero ang sweet at the same time"
"Gago"
"Pero you're right naman ken. Kaya nga sobrang pasasalamat ko kela mom and dad na pinakasal nila tayong dalawa kahit pilit. At least, eto na tayo ngayon 'diba?"
"Yeah. Dati galit na galit ako sa kanila dahil pinapakasal nila tayong dalawa pero hindi na ngayon."
"Nget, balak kong mag-ampon agad ng anak"
"Hoy ambata pa natin ken. Magco-college palang tayo"
"Kahit na! Gusto kong mag-alaga ng baby eh. Tara mag-ampon?"
"Paalam muna tayo kela mom, baka di sila pumayag. Tsaka soon nalang, madami pa tayong taon bago matatapos sa pag-aaral. Magtapos muna tayo tsaka natin yan gawin"
