Chasing after the figure that had been peering from your window, your body was weak, and you struggled to keep up. A nagging feeling of pain persisted in your legs, and it was difficult to see through the heavy rain. Your clothes were soaked and your h/c dripped with water.
You were unfamiliar with your surroundings, thus you quickly became overwhelmed and could only hope that the person you were pursuing would lead you somewhere.
However... they were an unbelievably fast runner. It took all your might to keep them from leaving your sight. And your physical condition didn't make it any better. "Tch, Persistent brat" You heard them say, "I HEARD THAT" you shouted back. They grit their teeth in annoyance while holding their hat to keep it from falling.
For a second, as he looked back. You caught a glimpse of his eyes. They glowed a bright violet under the moonlight, glistening through the little light that shined through the pouring rain. Caught you off guard by his piercing gaze, you trip over a rock and face plant harshly onto the ground.
As you fall, the unknown person you were chasing notices and quickly comes to a halt. You weren't moving. Your body was completely still, which caused them to worry.
Cautiously, they slowly walked up to you to check if you were conscious. As they approached closer to you, you smiled with your face still flat on the ground and jumped up onto them, "I caught you!" You declared, and both of you fell backwards and landed onto the ground.
They groaned in pain as their back landed against the rocky ground. But, as their hat rolled off, you saw the face of a young man before you. "Oh, whoa," you couldn't help but utter as your eyes slightly widened upon seeing the soft complexion of his face.
However, before you could say a word, the young man immediately realizes what had happened, and quickly sits up-- but he had forgotten to take into account how close your face was-- and his forehead painfully collided into yours, causing a loud thud to echo through the empty streets of Inazuma City, and knocking you back.
"Ow!" You yelp, wincing in pain as you gently rub your aching forehead.
"Argh, What is your problem!" You exclaim at the young man, swinging you're hand forwards in an attempt to hit the him. However, he swiftly caught your wrist, stopping you.
And with his other hand, the young man playfully flicked your forehead and chuckled.
"Your just as childish as ever. I thought you'd at least mature a bit after all those years." he says as he slowly up. "... and I can't believe I wasted my time to check up on you" The young man mumbles quietly to himself.
He turned around to walk away. Waving his hand as a gesture of goodbye, "I shall be on my leave now." The young man states. You clench your fist as you watch him leave, and you couldn't help but grow increasingly irritable from his earlier belittlement.
"Liked I'd let you get away that easily" you puffed up your cheeks and grabbed the closest Item near you and chucked it towards him.

The hit made a clean sound against his head, knocking his hat right back onto the ground. The boy turns around with an enraged look in his eyes. "WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU." The young man screech's.
"GET BACK HERE." you demanded, and you could see him curse something beneath his breath his breath. "Argh...! WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME?!"
"What?! I should be asking you that!!!" You exclaim. "YOU WERE WATCHING ME THROUGH MY WINDOW CREEP. TELL ME YOUR NAME AND WHAT YOU WANT RIGHT NOW."
The young man immediately glares at you as if you were an idiot. "HUH, DID YOU GET A SCREW LOSE OR SOMETHING?!"
You felt your blood boil at his word, but as you were getting ready to storm over towards the young man, a shouting voice suddenly interrupts you.
"[name]!!" You heard Ayaka's voice near by, and you immediately turned back to see her running towards you in the distance.
Ayaka looked almost pale from worry. Her eyes cloths were soaked and she was completely out of breath. But, instead of paying any attention to herself, she quickly grabbed your shoulder and checked you for injuries.
"Oh [name], please don't run off like that again. I'm so glad you're alright!" Ayaka grinned as she wiped her tears with her arm. You were puzzles by her reaction. "Why are you crying?" You asked, finally realizing the water streaming down her cheeks were indeed tears, not rain.
"Let's get inside before you catch a cold. What were you doing?" She asked, ignoring your question as she held both of your hands. You looked back to where the young man once was. But, it he was no longer there. "Nothing" you responded to Ayaka's question before looking back.
"Ah, I'm exhausted!" You collapsed onto your knees. "[name]?" Ayaka's voice was filled with worry as she crouched down to check on you.
"Who knew running could be so hard? I'm way passed my limited" you uttered as your body became numb. The effects of adrenaline had worn off, and the consequences of the pressure you had put on your body had come into effect.
Ayaka placed a warm sweater over you, and you felt guilty that you had to trouble her again.
However... you would like to see that young man again.
