Manjul cupped his face, making him look at him.
Man: Jai, pls shaant ho ja, teri health ke liye acha nahi hai. ( Jai, pls calm down, it's not good for your health.)
But Jai felt like he was no more in control of himself. He groaned pulling his hair. Majul took his hands in his, and stood up. He made Jai stand as well, who was still crying. They reached back to that place. Manjul made him lie on the bed. Jai's tears had stopped, but he kept sobbing. Manjul tried calming him, but no use. He received Ritika's call.
Rits: Mannu, kitni der mein aaoge? ( Mannu, when will you come?)
Man: Rits, Jai ki tabiyat kharab ho gayi hai, mai use chodkar nahi aa sakunga. Tu ek baar Avu ya Vaishu ko phone de, aur udhar reh legi raat ko? ( Rits, Jai isn't feeling well, I can't leave him and come. You give the phone to Avu or Vaishu once, and can you live there for the night?)
Rits: Uski kya zarurat hai? Mai apartment mein reh lungi. ( What's the need for that? I'll be in apartment.)
Man: Nahi, mai nahi chahta tu waha akeli rahe, pehle hi Jai bilkul thik nahi hai, teri bhi tension lagi rahegi, neighbor aa gayi toh aur badi problem. ( No, I don't want you to stay alone there, already Jai isn't feeling good at all, I'll be tensed about you also, and if neighbor comes there will be more problem.)
Rits: Thik hai. ( Ok.)
She gave the phone to Vaish, who was sitting beside her.
Vaish: Hello.
Man: Vaishu, Rits waha reh sakti hai kya raat ko? Mai aur Jai ghar nahi ja payege, aur Rits ko akele nahi chodna chahta hu mai. ( Vaishu, can Rits stay there for the night? Me and Jai won't be able to come home, and I don't want to leave Rits alone.)
Vaish: Isme puchne ka kya hai. Hum apni bhabhi ko rukhne se kyu mana karenge, in fact zyada time milega iske saath. ( What's there to ask in that. Why would we stop our sister-in-law from being here, in fact we'll get more time with her.)
Man: Thank you so much. Mai phone rakhta hu. ( Thank you so much. I'll go now.)
He cut the call and checked Jai's previous outfit, but Jai had forgotten his medicine. He looked at Jai who was asleep. He covered him with a duvet and lied down beside him. He didn't feel sleepy, mainly because he was scared that he'll fall asleep and something would happen to Jai. He knew Jai is capable of defending himself, but right now Jai was in a vulnerable state. It was around 2 am when Jai started shivering, and mumbling. Manjul became alert and looked at him.
Jai: No please don't. No, stop pls stop. It is paining please. Don't do that, it pains, please. No.
He was screaming like he was in pain. His face was filled with sweat.
Man: Jai, Jai.. Jaiju.
Manjul held his shoulder to shake him a bit, but Jai pushed him away. After sometime he was able to wake up Jai, who got up with a jerk. Manjul made him drink some water.
