The house is dark and quiet when Seokjin unlocks the door for us. The sound of his keys and my bag echo slightly though the entryway before he flips on a light to grant us sight.

"Have you eaten yet?" He asks.

"No," I reply. "I think we were waiting for Taehyung to get there. Most of the unpacking required furniture to be moved and Elle wanted his opinion on placement."

"You want me to make something? Or I can order in, whatever you'd prefer." His hand brushes over the hair on the back of my head lovingly before he presses a kiss to my forehead.

I smile as I feel the warmth of his touch spread throughout my body. "How about you go shower," I suggest my hands sliding up his chest to hold onto his broad shoulders. "I'll make us something to eat. You've been working all day."

"You've been busy, too," he says. His fingers reach up and twirl a strand of hair around and around. I just stare at him, taking in his breathtaking features in front of me. "I want you to be comfortable."

"Well what I want—" I lift my hands up to touch the back of his neck. My fingers play with the hair growing longer at the base of his neck. I watch his throat bob as he swallows thickly. His eyes dart down to my lips for only a second before they go back up to my eyes. "—is for you to not smell like sweat."

He scoffs and rolls his eyes at me. "And here I thought you were gonna say something jaw-dropping."

"You're smelly," I whisper up at him and he laughs.

"Okay, I can take a hint." He tugs my arms off of him. I giggle and reach back for his hand.

"No, you're being mean," he pouts. "Just for that, I'm taking extra long in the shower."

Seokjin's version of "extra long shower" must be different from mine. I've barely finished boiling noodles before I hear him huff at the entrance of the kitchen. I turn to say something to him, but I'm stopped and I nearly choke when I see him.

Not only is his hair still dripping and rolling own his shoulders and chest, but he only wears a simple bathrobe from what I can tell. The knot is tied loosely around his waist, causing the front to fall open and reveal an expansive view of his chest. The water droplets falling from his dark hair try and bring my eyes down to explore his skin. No matter how hard I try to resist the temptation, they vision does stray a few times.

I turn back to the stove and attempt to take a calming breath. I hope the heat in my cheeks comes from the steam of the boiling water and not the sight of him in the doorway. I hear him as he takes slow steps closer to me. Closer, closer, closer until I feel his body against my back. His hands rest on either side of me, trapping me against him and the counter so I couldn't escape even if I wanted to. I feel his breath on the back of my neck and I close my eyes to keep from shivering.

"Did you miss me?" He asks huskily into my ear.

I lick my lips to try and regain some of the control his deep chuckle and warm breath have stolen from me. He brushes his lips against my ear and my hand slides over on the counter to touch his. I turn off the stove and turn around to bravely look him in the eyes.

His face is shadowed and his back glows against on of the lights in the kitchen. He looks like a saint and I blink my eyes in the vision of his glory; my deep breaths cause our chests to touch as he leans so close against me. His nose nearly touches mine and he stares right into my face. His eyes trail down to my collarbones, exposed by the collar of my sweater. His finger trails up my arm slowly to hook under the hem of my neckline. It's just like the first time we met, except when he pulls my collar down this time, his eyes don't stop at my soul mark.
