Brown bananas. Fuzzy cheese. Clumpy milk. These are the delicious foods I enjoy. They can be found anywhere. The dumpster. The street. Under the couch. My favorite is the back of the fridge, though. You might throw them away. Consider them "gross," or "disgusting," or "filled with bacteria that could cause grave illness and possible death." But what I see are edible delights. Rancid and tart delicacies that linger on the palate. Food never goes bad. It changes. Evolves. Blooms from freshly youthful into seasonally aged. And sometimes there's even bugs in it. Gotta get that extra protein somewhere, right?
