5 - Tessia Eralith

POV : Arthur Leywin

It seemed like an hour before the elf girl finally calmed down. I don't blame her; being forcibly kidnapped would be traumatizing even for adults, especially since she seemed to look only slightly older than me.

I stood beside her, comforting her.

"W-What happened to those bad guys?" she said while sobbing.

"Er... when I arrived they had a very unfortunate accident." I said while glancing at Ross. My words are the same as what I said to Ross.

Ross just stayed silent at the carriage door. Staring at us from a distance. Isn't she a girl? She should be the one comforting this elf girl instead of me.

I turned my gaze to the elf girl again. She was looking at me and Ross alternately while raising an eyebrow.

Then she looked down and whispered, "Okay then."

Taking a closer look at her now, I noticed that she would become a beautiful girl in the future.

With long metallic gray hair that I guess was silver in the sun, the girl's disheveled state couldn't cover up the innate beauty that seemed to radiate from her pores.

A pair of glittering eyes shaped like round almonds quivered as her high nose turned red from crying, matching her rosy lip color. The cream-colored skin on her face makes the whole thing a surreal and almost fantasy work of art.

Wait. I even observed two girls tonight. Looks like I'm really really tired today.

"Well then, do you know your way home?" I asked the Elf girl.

"No I don't know. Please don't leave me. Huhuhu."

"Hhhh. Ross looks like I'll take this girl to her house first. Maybe there will be a teleportation gate leading to the nearest human city. Do you want to follow me or something?" I asked Ross.

Ross came closer. Then crouched down in front of the elf girl and said.

"Hi my name is Alanna Roses, you can call me Ross like that person" said Ross, pointing at me.

"My name is Tessia, Tessia Eralith" replied the elf girl named Tessia while taking Ross's hand.

POV : Alanna Roses

After helping Tess change into proper clothes. Arthur gathered supplies for our trip.

We also headed to the kingdom of Elenoir.

3 days 2 nights we have passed. The three of us slept in one tent because Tess was still very scared. She even shook in her sleep. So she asked Arthur to accompany her in the tent.

Several times I saw Arthur in pain while holding his chest. It seemed Sylvia's will that had not been assimilated into Arthur's body was causing the pain.

"Arthur are you okay?" I said quietly because Tess was still asleep, it was night when I saw Arthur coming out of the tent and huddled outside.
