Chap four

It was a school day .
He wore his new uniform and went to breakfast.
Rarba was already there staring at the gray goop that they called food.
He took his usual seat in the far back to watch everyone.
She had her hair in two piggytails black curls covered her shoulders as they reached her back.
There was a look of disgust as she spun the food with a spoon.
That's when Lena came.

" What's wrong princess , not used to common food unless you wants to die you gotta eat that ".

" How nice of thy
to advise me ". Rarba said smiling up at Lena.
A book lay on the table next to the bowl of supposed food.
Lena reached forward and tipped the bowl on the book.
The gray goop fell on the book trickling down the cover and into the pages dripping on the ground.
" Oops ". Lena said.

" Oops indeed ". Rarba said staring at the mess.

" Perhaps you'd like to clean it Lena ".

" No way in hell ". Laughed Lena.

" Very well ". Rarba said she took her school bag and left with kids laughing behind her.

" Clean it up , and give the book back to her ". He commanded.
Lenas head jerked upwards.
It was known that you don't mess with Tom.
But if you mess with other kids he won't interfere but there's always an exception and here it lies.
Obviously trying to say no he glared.

" I-i alright ". She gave up and took a napkin to clean it.
He walked by and she flinched away.
He went outside and saw Rarba staring at her house.

"  Do you miss it ". He asked her.

" The luxury sure i do , the people in it i suppose Karma took it's toll on them ". She said giving him a sideways smile.

" Have thy ever done something that backfired on thy . Thy didn't lose much but thy lost something that provided him with stuff ". She asked him.

He had no reply to that.
Ofcourse he didn't he didn't have anyone to provide him with things to begin with.

" Ofcourse not ". She shook her head.
Then smiled .

" Come on let's go to school".
