Yaay it is a half century....my first one actually 😊😊

I also heard it is 4 years since Gauri's confession scene guys,... double celebration.🥳🥳🥳

My insta is filled with the reels and VMs which are lovely and which made me feel nostalgic 🥺😍

It is one of the epic and my favorite scenes. Of course, it should be for every Rikara fan... hain na...?😁

Coming to the update, it is un-edited because I am sleepy. Started writing with one idea and it ended with something entirely different 😬😬🤪

Go on give it a try.😍😍

Gauri packed her overnight bag with a newfound determination. She had been at her wit's end trying to make head and tail of her husband's weird behavior when her wisest friend asked her to give him a whiplash.

After the night at the hospital, Omkara suddenly became so busy with work that he hardly came home before she was awake. It was seven nights ago that he first fled from her saying he had to make a call returned an hour back looking aged by years. When asked, he told her that the deadline for his next project was pushed forward.

Their relationship never needed words to convey each other's feelings. Even though he did not tell it in words, she could see that something was clearly disturbing him which for some unknown reason he did not tell her.

She tried to understand and had been waiting for him to open up when he angered her by distancing himself. She asked her mother in law of the same, who to her surprise sided with her son. Jhanvi only assured her that Omkara would have talked to her if the matter was important.

Phone conversation with her husband were minimized to minutes of small talks in which he would give her a new case every day to come late to the mansion.

Though everything appeared normal on the outside, her gut instinct told her that things were not as okay as they looked like.

She was confused as to how to brooch the subject when Taadaka called her that afternoon.

Gauri smiled as she remembered how the conversation went from a pleasant exchange of greetings to a full on plan to get Omkara to talk.

"You have waited enough," said the elder one in a reprimanding tone.

"There is a reason why your husband is being a scaredy cat Gauri. I can guess what is disturbing him but I want him to be the one to tell you all about it. It is about time he came out of his shell."

"But Daadi ji, even Jhanvi maa told me that..."

"Like mother, like son," Taadaka cut her off.

"Is it that bad daadi ji?" she asked hesitantly. "Surely, if it is that big a secret that..."

"However bad it is, I know you will be with your husband no matter what. So, it shouldn't bother you. Just wait for him to speak the truth while you urge him in the right direction."

"I hope he will not think that I am not bothered about his privacy. I tried to hold back but..."

"You are not wrong in wanting to know Gauri. Just stay put. Are you sure he will not be able to sleep?"

Gauri nodded her head thinking of the times she found herself engulfed in her husband's arms whenever she woke up in the mid of the night. Even when in a deep sleep, he hugs her as if she would be snatched away from him if he didn't hold her.

"Hello?" she heard Taadaka speak and replied with a yes.

"Good, then he will come. Just do as I say," she said and Gauri followed her instructions in the exact order as told.
