I was so completely taken aback I didn't know what to say. Blake had just told me to kiss him just so he wouldn't tell anybody about Mike and I. He was standing there with a smirk on his face as I stumbled on my words.

"Lei, you're so stupid. I was just kidding."

I let out the hugest breath and yelled, "Oh, thank God!" After a minute of silence, I bursted into the hugest fit of laughter and clutched my knees as I struggled to breathe.

After about five minutes of me howling in laughter, I finally managed to calm down. "You had me there, buddy. Second time too! I can't believe I was about to kiss my enemy--"

"Wait, whoa. You were actually going to do it?" Blake interrupted.

Damn it.

"No, I didn't mean it...I meant--damn it! Stop confusing me."

It was Blake's turn to laugh. I crossed my arms as he wiped an imaginary tear from his eye. "Lei, you crack me up."

"Well, no more games! What did you actually want me to do?"

"Nothing."

I cringed. "Nothing?"

He nodded.

"C'mon, Blake. Stop playing games. And you're making me miss the sunrise! Just hurry up."

"No seriously. Nothing. I won't tell. I mean, unless you want to do something," he replied casually.

"No! No, I don't want to do anything," I reassured, "but thanks for almost giving me a heart attack."

"That's what enemies are for."

I had a plan.

After reminiscing with Blake and watching the sunrise, I thought of a plan as I walked back to the suite.

It was an insane plan. The craziest plan that I'd ever thought of. And I didn't know if I was going insane or...wait, I was just going insane.

There was only one flaw in the plan, and it had to do with Mike. I'd forgot that we were supposed to be "dating", so the plan couldn't work until after we broke up.

I decided to keep the plan to myself, otherwise it would've just caused more unwanted drama. I was seriously sick of the back and forth this whole summer, and decided to go with my gut. I was going to go through with the plan, but I didn't mind waiting a little while.

As I thought more to myself, I bumped into someone.

Shit. It was Mike.

"Hey there," I said awkwardly to him.

"Hi."

"Whatcha doing up so early?" I decided to make conversation.

"I could ask the same for you," he smiled.

"Oh, just watched the sunrise."

Mike nodded and looked over to his right. All of a sudden, he pushed me up against the wall and kissed me. Again.

"Whoa, get a room, love birds!" Opal smirked as she walked by us.

I sent her a fake smile, and as soon as she was out of earshot, I slapped Mike right across the face. He laughed as I put my hands on my hips.
