**Y/N's POV**

"Look I know that's your twin but I don't know why she had to come with us. She's looked like she's been pissed off since we left home. This trip was supposed to be fun and her vibe is just throwing me off." I couldn't help but chuckle to myself as I heard my twin sister's boyfriend try to whisper to her.

"You know what Jake from state farm the whole point with whispering is not having the person you're trying to talk shit about actually hear you. I only came because Kaleb asked me to be here. He's my best friend. You don't have to spend any kind of time trying to get me to like you because I don't and I've been pissed off because I'm fucking sick of hearing your voice. We get it you're a hotshot transferring to Columbia and you're so stoked to move to New York. Now shut the fuck up." I replied before slipping out of the booth we were all sitting in.

As I reached the sidewalk I felt a tug on my arm. I turned my head to see my twin sister Savannah standing there with an angry look plastered on her face. "You didn't need to talk to him like that Y/N that was uncalled for" I couldn't help but scoff.

"Of course you'd stick up for anyone else that isn't me. You'll let him say whatever he wants about me but the minute I stick up for myself I'm the asshole. How about you go do what you do best, go back inside and forget about me." I seethed out.

"Why do you have to act like that? Like everyone is against you?" Savannah asked me, making me roll my eyes at the question. "Cause they are. How is it that we're twenty-two and you still don't understand that you're the good twin and I'm the bad one? No matter what I do I'm always going to be the bad guy. So go back inside and leave me alone."

Savannah said nothing in response to that and went back inside the diner. I hated that this is what our relationship was like now. Growing up things were so different we were the best of friends. She was my twin so we did everything together. She defended me when kids made fun of me for being intersex. And I protected her from kids that tried bullying her for being "the freaks sister."

When we were around twelve things started to change. Savannah was involved in gymnastics, soccer, and cheerleading. She was the social butterfly who made friends with no issue at all. And then there was me. It was hard for me to make friends, I liked to draw and play guitar. Then I found boxing and mixed martial arts and that became something I loved.

Savannah and I were strangers by the time we reached high school. She had a huge group of friends that didn't want anything to do with me aside from Savannah's best friend Sophia, she was the only one that was ever nice to me. Even when my sister wasn't around Sophia still went out of her way to say hi or to even partner up with me when we had group projects together.
