"Welcome to Gimpo!"

Minho smiled a bit as he
held the door open for Jisung,
leading them to the outside
of the train station.

He was carrying the younger's
backpack on his back and his
bag slung over his shoulder
because he couldn't see the
pregnant boy carry that
heavy luggage.

Although Jisung had complained a lot,
not wanting to be a burden,
Minho had insisted.

So now here they were, in Gimpo.

The older was glad he was
finally home but his worry
for his newfound friend was
bigger at the moment.

He had noticed how the blue-haired
boy was slightly hiding behind him,
his hands desperately holding his
hoodie down and his gaze
wandering nervously over
the crowd of people.

"Are you okay?"

Jisung didn't answer,
too caught up with his own
thoughts so he didn't even notice
himself when he began to hold
onto Minho's sleeve for comfort.

"Jisung?"

"Hm?"

"Are you alright?"

"Y-yeah, it's just-
I'm nervous."

"Because of your aunt?"

Again the younger only nodded
softly while his gaze was still
fixed on something Minho
couldn't point out.

"Don't be, it's gonna be okay.
What's the worst thing that
can happen?"

"That she insults me and never
wants me to see again."

"Oh."

Jisung only chuckled sadly,
his future looked far from bright
and his hopes for an alternate
outcome of this were low.

"You know what?
Even if this happens,
you can just stay with
me if you want.
I'm kinda lonely anyway."

"W-what?"

"It's an option for the worst case, hm?
I know you barely know me,
I'm basically a stranger to you.
But what do you have to lose?

And it's not like I'm forcing
you to stay forever, it'd be
just a temporary solution
until you find a place to
stay and to work.
If you want, of course."

Minho laughed and booped
the boy's nose who stared at
him as if he had just grown a
second head and started walking
away from the entrance.

The younger blinked confused,
still trying to process what just
happened until he noticed that
Minho was already a few meters
away from him and waddled
after him the fastest he could
in his condition.

"Where- Where are you going?"

Jisung huffed once he reached
the older which felt like he just
ran a mile in high-speed,
breathing heavily as he
supported his back with
his hands.

"To throw this used tissue away?"

Minho laughed at the boy's
worried voice, apparently
Jisung really got attached to
him and wasn't ready to
say bye yet.

"Oh."

Was the only thing the younger
managed to say between his
heavy breaths before a soft
groan escaped him making
Minho immediately turn
around in panic.

"Are you okay?
Are you in pain?"

But Jisung just shook his head as
he pressed his hand on the right side
of his baby bump and bent over,
his eyes closed in pain.

"No it's okay, ju- just- baby kicks,
they hurt."

He missed the way the older's
eyes shimmered with happiness
which got quickly replaced by
a mixture of envy and sadness.

How he missed the feeling of
his little girl moving in his belly
and pressing her tiny feet against
his palm when she had her
play hours again.

She had been such a well-mannered
and uncomplicated unborn,
sleeping when her mama was
sleeping or working and only
playing around when Minho
had time to sit or lay down and
also pay attention to her.

The older sighed softly and
blinked his unshed tears away
before Jisung could notice them
and pulled his phone out to
check the time.

11:43 am.

If he remembered correctly,
the blue-haired had told him
that his aunt had wanted to
pick him up at 11:40.

And before he had the
chance to even ask the boy,
he already heard how the
younger's breath hitched
at a woman's voice.

"Ji-jisung?"
