I was going on a date with Shawn and our first date to be exact.

I was nervous I just finished curling the last piece of my hair.

---20 MINUTES LATER---

I finished getting ready about 5 minutes ago and I was pacing around the house being nervous.

"Okay Sarai be calm you have to stay calm other wise you'll mess up tonight and he's not gonna like you anymore" I mumbled.

All of a sudden there was a knock on the door and when I opened it there stood a handsome Shawn.

"Hey Sarai" he smiled "you look very beautiful"

"Hey and thanks you look handsome" I smiled

We locked arms and left out of the door.

We got in the car and drove to I don't know where.

Shawn's P.O.V.

I was nervous for our date. I really don't know if she likes me, I feel that I'm not good enough for her but she's really beautiful so I should stop being so nervous.

I looked at her and smiled.

"Are you excited" I asked.

"Yes, very" she smiled.

Sarai's P.O.V.

We got to what looks like a park.

We got out of the car and walked hand in hand.

We walked around and looked at the little kids play and laugh and just run around.

Me and Shawn sat on the swings.

All of a sudden it starts to drizzle and rain.

"Oh my god" I said

Shawn too off his flannel and wrapped it around me.

"But Shawn you're gonna get wet" I said handing his flannel back to him.

"No I care about you more than I care about myself right now" he said.

"Thank you" I smiled

"Your welcome" he smiled back chuckling.

Me and Shawn left the park and went to a restaurant.

We were sitting down eating.

"I'm sorry that I date had to go this way, this is not what I planned" he said looking at the ground.

"It dosent matter Shawn, I still love you either way it goes and that will never change, things happen for a reason and not everything is gonna be perfect sometimes" I said.

"I love you, Sarai" he smiled

"I love you too" I smiled back.

Me ad Shawn sat there eating our dinner and talking about random things and now I'm thinking this was the best date I've ever had in my life.
