Birthday Gifts

This imagines was requested by @ShawnysMuffins I hope you like it.

My friend Brynn and I had just walked into the music store to buy Shawn's birthday present. I had his whole night planned out.

"Oh, Shawn will like that one up there" Brynn pointed at the black guitar on the wall.

"But..I want something that'll resemble our relationship, like you know strong" I said to Brynn.

"Okay then, do whatever Kennedy, no ones stopping you" she chuckled walking around the store looking at all of the other instruments.

"Umm...yes I'll like a strong custom made guitar" I said to the boy at the counter. He looked about in his early 20s.

"Okay, any specific colors or messages to put on it?" He asked.

"Umm....no, just strong and sturdy enough to last" I smiled.

"Okay ma'am, we"ll have it ready as soon as possible" he spoke as he flashed a white smile.

"Okay thanks.." I smiled back.

I walked off from the counter to go and find Brynn.

I walked back up to the counter where the same man was standing with the brand new custom made acoustic guitar I had purchased for Shawn.

"It's perfect!" I smiled enthusiastically

"Oh trust me girl, he's gonna love you forever" Brynn said.

I paid for the guitar and we walked out with the guitar in its case.
Before me and Brynn headed back home we stopped to get Starbucks.

We pulled up into the driveway. I got the guitar out of the backseat. I approached the front door and surprisingly it was unlocked.

I had Brynn stay downstairs just in case something went wrong.
I went upstairs up to me and Shawn's shared bedroom. I opened the door and I couldn't believe what I saw, it was the most horrific sight ever.

Camila was on top of Shawn. It was the most hurtful thing.

I looked at Shawn and a look of guilt appeared on his face.

I walked downstairs with tears brimming my eyes.

"He doesn't love me anymore,Brynn,I thought h-he made a promise to me.." I sobbed into Brynns shoulder "He cheated on me"

Both Shawn and Camila walked downstairs looking more guilty than before.

"Looking guilty isn't getting you no where just know that!" I said with mascara and eyeliner running down my cheeks. "I loved you Shawn and you threw me away."

"I-i do love you" he said tears getting ready to spill from his eyes.

"Yeah..that's what all of them say" I said grabbing the guitar that I had just bought out of Brynn's hands.

"Our relationship is supposed to strong and beautiful like this guitar I spent my money for" I said looking at the guitar and then at the wall. "But now it's broken to pieces"

Next thing you knew the guitar was smashed against the wall. I continuously smashed it against the corner or the wall.

I left it there in pieces like it should be. I then ran up to Camila jumping on her pulling her hair and hitting her.

"KENNEDY NO!" Brynn yelled pulling me off of her.

"NO! BRYNN! LET ME GO!!!" I screamed and cried over again until I was out of breath and I calmed down a little.

"Shawn, why me?" I asked repeatedly "was I not good enough for you?"

"Kennedy, I'm so sorry...please" he said tears brimming his eyes

"Yeah sure you are.." I said wiping tears from off of my face.

"I'm really so so so sorry..I love you" Shawn said a single tear falling from his eyes.

"I love you too..." I said simply but yet hurtful.

I hope you like it sorry if it's bad I mean I tried I haven't wrote in a while and I'm just getting back to it so yeah...but I hope you like it.
