"Hey, V, where are we going?"
Venom smiled wider from where he sat inside Eddie and practically purred in happiness.
I want to show you something, Eddie, he said. It was where I went on the night we....broke up.
"Oh. Uh, okay....but we gotta make it fast. We don't have a lot of time."
That is understandable. Being fugitives who are now on the run is even more exciting than eating chocolate!
"It's not exciting, it's absolutely terrifying," Eddie muttered as he was walked down the street.
Pussy. What is a little run from the law, hmm? It's invigorating, feeling one's self being utterly propelled into the character of prey when one should obviously be the hunter.
"Yeah, well, you can tell that to the police when we get caught when you're too busy with whatever distracts you," Eddie retorted.
That could be many things, but right now, I choose our destination.
"Alright."
And speaking of destinations....we are here!
Eddie blinked.
"V? This is a rave," he said a little confused.
That is what it is, Eddie.
"Why did you come to a rave after we...split?" He couldn't bring himself to say "break up". At least not yet.
I needed a distraction from what had happened between us, came the honest reply. Now hush. Let's enjoy.
Eddie felt himself being moved farther into the gathering. There were so many people here. Some were dressed in weird, fancy outfits while other just came as they were, casual. Eddie didn't feel so bad now and was thankful that he didn't stick out like a sore thumb.
He blinked as he slowly looked around. All these lights, decorations, and noises. There was even a band up front playing a song. The blue lights lit up the area gently and Eddie couldn't help but remember his college days when he and his friends had gone to concerts similar to this one. Except this wasn't a concert. It was a rave.
He was startled when someone handed him a glow stick necklace and he smiled and nodded as the person went away. Fiddling with it for a moment, he put it around his neck. Now he definitely wanted to leave. Having a glow stick around his neck reminded him of his fifth grade class.
Eddie stuck his hands in his hoodie pockets, trying to act natural. He felt a little out of sorts at the moment, confused but willing to make Venom happy. He wasn't big on large crowds, especially crowds that were all smushed together like this. He was just about to tell Venom that they were going to leave when he heard a friendly commotion a few meters away.
"Oh, my god, guys! He's back!" a voice cried hysterically. A female voice.
"The alien dude? Man, that guy is awesome!" another voice replied, this time a male.
"I still need to know what company he bought his costume from!"
"I'm pretty sure he said he made it himself, idiot."
Eddie whisked his head around just in time to see a large mob surrounding a huge, muscular figure. A figure that he had seen only once from the outside.... and that was when he was watching his...
Oh, shit.
Clutching his hoodie, he realized that Venom wasn't inside of him anymore. Eyes widening, he looked back up to where the alien stood, surrounded by fans and other weirdly dressed people. Seeing Venom in this light started doing something to Eddie. He couldn't take his eyes off him.
Why the parasite had bonded with another human was far beyond Eddie right now, all he wanted was Venom to get back inside of him so that they could leave.
They'd seen enough, haven't they?
It was then that Eddie's heartbeat began racing as Venom turned to him. And made direct eye contact. Those white teeth gleamed in the illumination of the glow sticks wrapped around Venom's neck, torso and wrists, making the alien look even more attractive, his black "skin" also shining softly.
It could have been Eddie's imagination but he thought he saw a faint flicker of a tongue as Venom began slowly and purposefully towards him, his steps long and meaningful in their purpose.
Eddie swallowed hard as the symbiote came towards him, the people making way for him and leaving them alone, returning to their original distractions.
As Venom advanced, Eddie began to feel smaller and smaller, until Venom stood right in front of him, towering over him with a gigantic grin on his face.
"Hi, Eddie," he said and there was something in his deep, wonderfully rich baritone voice that made Eddie's knees weaken.
"Uh, hi...V," he replied.
"How do you like it?"
"Eh, the glow sticks are a bit much, but they suit you, I guess." Venom chuckled, making Eddie's skin tingle.
"Silly, Eddie. I meant about the rave." Damn it, that alien sounded a little too smug. Eddie blushed.
"Oh. It's...it's okay," he replied, hoping Venom hadn't noticed his blushing face.
"And how could I help you enjoy it more?" Venom hummed and Eddie felt that large hand come up close to him and the long pointer finger slipped under his glow stick necklace, gently tugging him closer.
Now Eddie couldn't hide. Or run. Venom was right in front of him, his broad shoulders blocking out the light behind him, casting a shadow over Eddie's frame as he leaned over him. Venom smirked and his white eyes narrowed. He had Eddie right where he wanted him.
"Uh...." Eddie squeaked out before Venom leaned down farther so that his face was just and inch from Eddie's.  "Are....are we....are we gonna kiss?" the man asked a little timidly. Venom chuckled again and his grin widened ever so slightly.
"Only if you want to, Eddie," he whispered. "There's nothing stopping us."
"But there are people..." Eddie said lamely.
"So? Humans do things in public all the time."
"Yeah, but you're not exactly human, bud."
"I am the most human alien that's ever existed, Eddie," Venom said with a short tug on Eddie's glow stick necklace, making the man jerk even closer to him. Eddie gasped a little and put out his hands to steady himself, unconsciously placing them on Venom's strong, beefy arms, feeling the bulge of sinewy muscles underneath the liquid skin.
Venom grinned.
"Perhaps you are more of a pussy than I thought."
"I am not," Eddie replied a little too sourly. Venom only stared down at him in that piercing, knowing way that Eddie knew too well. Eddie lowered his gaze, trying to hide his face, but Venom wouldn't allow him.
"I like seeing you from another perspective," Venom hummed quietly. "Makes me realize how small you really are."
Eddie opened his mouth to argue, but Venom lightly pressed a finger to his lips, silencing him.
"Yes, you are small, Eddie. No reason to deny it. Tiny face..."
He caressed Eddie's face with his free hand, letting the claws skim over his cheek, making Eddie freeze.
"Tiny tongue...."
He slid his finger into Eddie's mouth a little and pressed it against Eddie's tongue, making the man shiver.
"Tiny hands...."
Venom lowered both his hands and held Eddie's, engulfing them completely in his large, black ones and grinned as Eddie's eyes widened, suddenly feeling massively dwarfed.
"Tiny..." the tongue licked the rows of jagged teeth and Eddie couldn't help but notice how intently they were looking at him, "body....."
Eddie closed his eyes as Venom's hands started roaming across his body, making him blush harder than ever and he could feel his dick twitch pathetically in his jeans as Venom carefully slid one gigantic hand down his back, making his spine tingle with want.
"H-hey..." he breathed, "w-we need to—"
He was interrupted when a male wearing a tall, feathery hat came over and cried out,
"Hey! Alien guy!" Venom looked up and saw the human and smiled. Eddie internally thanked the dude for interrupting. He was sure he would have been a goner in just a few more seconds of Venom toying with him.
"Hey, weird hat guy," he said as he abandoned Eddie for the moment.
"Can I take another picture with you?"
"Fine by me," Venom rumbled and Eddie sighed, great full to have a distraction now. Once Venom and Weird Hat Guy had taken their photo, Venom turned back to Eddie.
"Eddie...." he purred, seeming to want to say more as he reached back to touch his human again, but Eddie interrupted.
"Come on, man, we gotta go, remember?" Eddie said. "We're fugitives."
"Hmm. Yes. Alright. Let's go." Venom took Eddie by the hand and they walked out of the rave, behind the building. Venom unceremoniously detached with the man he had been using and crawled back into Eddie, sinking into his chest and disappearing beneath his clothes.
"Thank you."
You're welcome. A slight pause. How did you like it? Did you enjoy yourself, Eddie?
Eddie could feel his heart pulse a little faster at that remark and hurried down the street.
"Uh, yeah, I did enjoy it," he replied. "I could tell you enjoyed it too. Seems like there were a lot of people there who liked seeing you back."
Hmm. Yes. They are good people, Eddie.
"Well, I guess it's time to say goodbye to San Francisco for a while, bud. We're wanted here and we can't stay."
I will miss Anne. And Dan, too. Dan is a nice guy, Eddie. He will make an agreeable mate for Anne.
"Yeah...."
There was a long, awkward pause as the two could feel mixed emotions passing through their bond. Curiosity, happiness, and.... something deliciously sweet that neither of them wanted to discuss at the moment. Eddie blushed again and then gave one of his cute, goofy smiles.
"Uh....I got something I want to show you, bud," he said.
Oh? Like when I surprised you when we went to the rave?
"Uh, yeah. Yeah. Something like that."
Eddie! Hurry! I want to see it!
Eddie laughed as he felt the symbiote take over his legs, forcing him to rival the skills of a power walking mom.
"Alright, alright, calm down," he giggled.
Eddie's happy, so I'm happy, Venom said. Let's go, Eddie!
