Seven SCPs, namely SCP-035, SCP-049, SCP-049-J, SCP-079, SCP-096, SCP-173 and SCP-XYZ breached containment.
44 D-Class, 17 researchers, 7 guards and 4 MTF were lost during the breach. Final death count: 72

Dr. Itkin: Well, in fact, everyone present for your cross-testing with SCP-035 was perfectly normal. For your understanding, not cured. Even D-9178, who was directly outside the testing chamber when you both breached containment.
