HOLIDAY EVENT
"What do you guys know about Fritz?" Caylee curiously asked as we were all eating our lunch. Sinundan naming lahat ang tingin nito. Fritz is currently going around, giving poster invitations to every student she sees, as if she's a candidate running for some position.
"Only that she's the daughter of our Mayor," Ava answered.
"And that she's getting a little hot lately," Zin mumbled, earning a numerous rolling of eyes around the table.
"You're disgusting. Lahat na lang hot sa paningin mo."
"Selos? Baby, come on. You'll always be the hottest in my eyes."
The boys all said 'Eyyyy!' and even tapped the table with their hands, which made us laugh loudly. Palagi niya na lang iniinis ang kaibigan ko.
"Ugh, no one cares about your stupid compliments. Get lost, loser!"
Zin just smiled sweetly to annoy Caylee even more. Sumimangot naman itong isa at hindi na pinansin si Zin.
"Remind me again why she's one of us? An elite?" She murmured while staring at Fritz.
"Mayaman na talaga ang pamilya nila bago pa man naging Senator ang grandfather niya at Mayor ang papa niya." Tiff sat up straight and continued sharing what she knows. "They have a lot of farms---wait, why are you so interested of her today?"
"Cause she's about to head over here."
Bago pa man kami makapag-react ay lumapit na nga sa amin si Fritz. She's grinning widely at us.
"Hi guys, I hope I'm not interrupting anything."
"Nahhhh, we're good." Evan smiled.
"What can we do for you?" Theo asked.
"Oh, uhm here." Inabutan niya kaming lahat ng papel at binasa kaagad namin ang nakalagay doon.
CHRISTMAS EVENT FOR A CAUSE.
"My father, the Mayor, decided to create a yearly tradition for Serenaville to help those who are need. I'm sure your parents have already received their invite on their emails but still, I decided to personally invite all of you. It would be great if everyone would come. They would be games for everyone---"
"Such as?" tanong agad ni Asher na halatang interesado.
"Race, tug of war, board games, capture the flag and arrow shooting. Madami pa pero hindi ko kabisado lahat."
"Awesome! Count us in!" Napatitig kami kay Rios sa gulat. We haven't even thought about it!!!
"Great! I'm sure a lot of people would be going especially that you guys will be there. Thanks a lot!" Nagpaalam na si Fritz at nagpatuloy na sa kabilang table.
"Are you insane?" pabulong na tanong ni Caylee. "I'm not playing some kid games!"
"Especially not during Christmas break! I'd rather travel than participate at a local political event," Ava crossed her arms.
"I would love to help but it sounds... mediocre," Naomi added.
Rios sighed. "Kayo talaga, ang nega niyo agad. Serenaville is finally going to create a history for our town. You wouldn't want to miss that one, right? Anong gusto niyo, tayo lang ang wala doon? That would suck." Natahimik ang mga girls dahil sa sinabi niya.
