You are so strong and seems tireless
I never heard you complain neither saw you on pain
You works on magic from fixing the broken to cleaning a mess
What a delicate hands you have taking away the pain of my wounded knee
You never fails to surprise me every time you always find yourself to forgive me
Do you ever cry
Do you ever feel tired
How come you never complain every time you gave me what suppose to be yours
And when was the last time you ever bought a new clothes
However I never worn a shabby one
How come you never get mad at me when I woke you up from your few minutes sleep
Can you tell me
When was the last time you ever have a me time
You're my mom but you're also a woman
A woman with needs
A woman with wants
I wonder when will your sacrifice ends
On the day I could stand on my own
Will you ever be free from my so called slavery
