With Lucio coming back to life and now that you were married to Julian, you had a promise made that he would at least try to get along with Lucio.

"MC..why are we doing this?" He wines as you walk together to the palace.

You look up at him with a smirk, "It was a wedding promise remember? I'm pretty sure those aren't easy to break."

He sighs in defeat and puts his hands up, "Dammit okay you're right." He laughs.

You elbow his side quickly and when you reach the front gate of the castle, the two guards keeping watch let you in.  Quickly walking inside the main doors, you see Nadia standing there to greet you.

"My friends! Welcome." She beams as she draws you into a hug.

"Hello Nadia." Julian smiles kindly.

"So are we really going to do this today countess?"

Julian groans, "Don't make it sound like a therapy session."

"Well to think about it, it's kinda like it." Nadia chuckles. " Hopefully the two of you won't destroy my castle by the time this is over."

"Come on, let's go to the living room." You say to both of them, knowing this is where the whole thing is gonna go down.

Once you make it inside the living room you can see that Lucio is sitting in one of the large armchairs with his arms crossed and a grin on his face.

"Alright assholes let's get this done and over with." He grins.

"That's not how it's gonna work lucio." Nadia says sternly to him with a raised brow. "This isn't a tavern brawl where whoever shouts at the other person the loudest wins."

With an arm hooked around Julian, the two of you sit down at a chair across from Lucio and Nadia.

....god this is just like awkward couple therapy.

"So, what do you want me to say?" Lucio says after a moment of silent staring.

"Maybe an "I'm sorry for causing a plague and turning your bloody eye red"?" Julian shrugs.

"Okay guys I know we all went through a lot to get even a moment of peace but honestly could we all just generally apologize for everything we've all done?" You say between the two of them. "Unlike me and Nadia, you two fools have been at each other's necks back and forth!"

"Not true!" Lucio huffs.

"Okay name a moment then when you two got along."

The room goes dead quiet.

"Well um.." julian starts.

"There was this one time when.." Lucio continues.

You raise an eyebrow, has there seriously never been a time when these two got along?!

Nadia slightly facepalms and you look between them, hoping there could be some resolve to this.

"Okay I give up!" Lucio pouts. "i can't think of anything!"

"Me either, this is tiring my brain out." Julian says as he throws his hands down dramatically.

"Okay let's just admit you two haven't really been getting along well over the past few years..and we should probably change that." Nadia groans, getting frustrated.

You give her a look in your eyes that say "oh come on Nadia, give them a chance to talk things out. They've barely just started."

Reading your look, she nods and looks back and Lucio and Julian.

"Oh! I've got a solution." You say with a happy smile. "How about we start off by maybe...trying to say one thing nice about each other?"

Lucio barks out laughing, "what good thing is there to say about this fool."

Julian scowls and crosses his arms. "Well, you're certainly fashionable Lucio. And I honestly appreciate that."

Lucio scoffs at him for a moment before grabbing a bread piece from the side table where he had them displayed and threw a piece right at the doctor, who dodged.

"Hey! It was an honest compliment!" Julian tells him.

Nadia stood up at this point, rage fuming in her eyes.

"Okay it's only been..what, ten minutes?! And here you two are throwing bread at each other and squabbling like children!"

"Noddy technically it was his-" Lucio starts, but Nadia glares at him and he just sinks back into his chair.

"Honestly you two, we're just trying to help and you two can't even say one thing nice about each other?" You ask them.

"I did say one thing nice about him!" Julian disagrees. "i said I liked his fashion sense."

"Okay that's..fair. But Lucio, you couldn't even think of anything before you threw bread at him!"

"I did have pretty good aim-"

"That wasn't my point." You scowl.

"Fine! Fine. You want me to say something nice about him? Then how about this! I like your hairstyle."

Julian just stares at him.

Well..it was a start at least.

Nadia, who was now seated, cups her two hands together and sighs. "At least that's..something."

"Maybe we should do team building exercises." Lucio jokes teasingly.

Nadia then turns from a frustrated face to a smirking grin. "You know what Lucio, that's a great idea! How about starting tomorrow, you two do little things for me and Y/N like chores or something to bond together." She beams.

Both of the two men pale at the mention of "Bond together."

"And maybe over time, you two will be able to stand each other." You laugh, honestly quite happy something may indeed work out.

Maybe these two could eventually get along. Just maybe.

Guess you'd have to see how the team building stuff would go first.
