I immediately left the stage without looking back at V. I need to get out of here fast before Lisa misunderstood all of it.

I saw my friends stood up as well and followed me out of the auditorium.

Once I was outside, I roamed my eyes around the hallway but I could no longer see her.
I was about to run away when I felt someone grabbing my wrist and pulled me back.

"Jennie! Is everything okay?" I saw Sana behind me with the two.

"Yeah, what the hell happened? Did he just confess to you?" Irene couldn't believe what she's saying.

I couldn't believe what happened as well. I didn't know he would pull such stunt. Is he crazy? He's like a brother to me.

"Where are you going, Jennie? You seemed to be in a hurry"

I couldn't tell them it's because of Lisa or else they'll get suspicious. I just really need to find her and clear things out.

We heard the door opened and I saw V looking at me. I removed my wrist from Sana's grasp and immediately run away before he could say something.

I don't want to face him right now.

Because of him, my Lisa is mad at me.
I need to find her fast.

I wasn't able to find Lisa around the campus. I already asked some students and even teachers if they saw her. I visited the council office but she's not present there.

I even asked Seulgi but she also didn't know where her best friend went.

At the end, I just decided to go home. I wasn't able to join my friends in the horror house although I really wanted to. I walked towards the door and open it.

My breath hitched when I saw Lisa sitting on the carpet with a can of beer on her hand.

Since when did she started drinking?

I slowly walked towards her. I placed my bag on the sofa and sat beside her. She didn't bother looking at me but just at the TV.

I raised my hand and tug her sleeves. She stopped drinking but didn't turn to face me.

"Lili.." I called her while tugging her sleeves.

"Are you mad at me?"

"No. Maybe I'm happy, Jennie" she answered sarcastically.

"I'm sorry. I didn't know he'd do that. If I knew then I wouldn't have come up the stage"

"I already told you before, that guy have feelings for you but did you listen? Did you avoid him? You didn't, did you. You still befriend him" she was raising her voice a little indicating that she's really mad.

"I'm sorry, please. I'll avoid him if that's what you want. He's just a cool friend that's why I hang out with him. It's not like I'll return his feelings or something"

"Go to bed"

"Lili...I haven't had dinner yet"

"Then go cook your own food"

I took a deep breath before standing up. She's not sober right now and I don't want to talk to her in that state. She might forget everything tomorrow.

I walked towards our room and changed my clothes. I already lost my appetite because of her mood.

I wore my pajamas and laid on the bed. I stayed up for a moment and was hoping she'd follow me but the door didn't open.
I slowly closed my eyes until I drifted off to sleep.
