Tommy POV:
I clean off my plate, praying that no one notices how much I didn't eat.
Once my plate is clean, I go sit back down at the table and tune into Phil and Tubbo's conversation.
"-And we just had so much fun last night! I know my mum wouldn't mind! Please?!!" Tubbo says quickly to Phil.
"Tubbo, as much as I would love for you to stay another night, today's Sunday, you've got school tomorrow." Phil says sadly.
Wilbur and Tech have also tuned into the conversation as Wilbur gives his input.
"Well, what if Tommy starts going to school?" Will says excitedly, "That way, Tubbo could stay the night tonight and they could just get ready for school in the morning together?"
No no no no, please don't agree.
"That's a great idea!" Phil agrees.
Shit.
I don't do well with people, especially people my age.
This is not going to go well.
"Yay!" Tubbo says happily, "Tommy we'll go to school together tomorrow!"
"Yay!" I say convincingly, forcing a smile.
My anxiousness is already getting the best of me as my hands begin shaking.
Hiding my hands under the table, I keep my fake smile as Tubbo begins talking about his classes and random shit.
Breathe breathe breathe
"-but biology isn't my favorite, With all of the-"
Deep breath in. Deep breath out.
"Literature is great though! We don't even-"
School can't be that bad right?
I mean, if I'm already friends with someone, it might just be fun?
But Tubbo's friends won't like me.
What if Tub's friends get mad at him for having a friend like me? I don't want to ruin everything!
What's school like though?
Maybe I would know if I actually listen to Tubbo's rant.
"-so that's mainly it, but I hope we have some classes together!"
Damn, I tuned out of practically the entire conversation.
"Yeah! It would be amazing if we have some classes together!" I say, still not feeling very present in what's happening.
"It's settled then!" Phil says happily, "I'll call the school later today to let them know!"
"Tommy I wanna tell you more about my school!" Tubbo says excitedly as he quickly runs upstairs, expecting me to follow him.
Techno and I make eye contact as and I stand up from my chair.
He give me a look that says, 'Are you okay with going to school?'
I smile at him in response before quickly heading upstairs.
