In the beginning: He has a mostly blue paint job with gold-yellow inner-ears, a gold-yellow laser blaster, and gold-yellow back-hand panels, un-painted shoulder-pads, muzzle, fingers, arches, upper-legs, and upper-arms, a Black visor with glowing red iris, as well as red front and back feet with white stripes down the middle horizontally.

Later on, down the Line: Metal sonic maintains most of his look, but he ditches the blue outer-ears for silver ones, and yellow / gold plate-lined, inner-ears for more metallic ones, he has tires on his arches, white fingers, a darker and more metallic laser blaster with a glowing red center, color changing glowing stripes on his back, and front feet (That are typically white) and darker colored shoulder pads, with thrusters on his soles. He also has a glowing addition to his muzzle that is typically blue and glowing additions to his lower legs, that are typically red. His muzzle can also be detached to allow him to eat using a new mouth.
Metal Sonic has a Range of Powers and abilities, and weapons, of which he can use to destroy and/or defeat any and/or all and/or any and all enemies that he goes up against.
{Laser Blaster:} Metal sonic has a laser Blaster that can fire a deadly laser blast, which can incinerate almost anything.
{Flight:} Metal sonic can also fly with his back thrusters and, later, the thrusters in the middle of his arches.
